Would give no starts if I could. Night shift has always been awful but tonight was one of the worst!!! Lady cut my fiancé off when he was finishing up our order. We got to the window, she had my card for like 4 mins & then she gave me my card, receipt & eventually threw our food at us through the window & slammed the window in our face. No “thank you, have a great night, take it easy, have a good one” I usually never complain but I’ve been in customer service my entire life & I couldn’t imagine treating ANYONE who spends their hard earned money on food, like trash. Period. No excuse. & the food was cold, the meat was old & it was just a waste of $25 very disappointing. Only visiting in the early afternoon hours.

This Burger Kings has messed up our order in the drive through, three different times! So annoying to get home to find out you have the wrong meal!?

My son wanted BK and we were nearby so we went inside, I wish we hadn't after getting the food. He got the BK King and I got the Mushroom and Swiss melt, the pictures on the menu are misleading. What I got was a dismal try at a burger, I honestly don't know what I was expecting. I knew it was fresh because I deleted the sauce it came with but it was the size of a junior burger with 2 patties. I couldn't stomach anymore then a couple bites and disposed of it. My son even said it's not as good as before, I don't remember it ever being good. $17 down the drain.

It's ok, it's really hit or miss. Sometimes the food is hot and other times it's cold or luke-warm, which is fine I heat it up at home. The staff is always super nice though and I've never waited more than a few minutes for my food.

It was very dead inside. The manager "I'm assuming" was very nice but she was being over worked. She single handedly ran all the positions. She was the cashier, drive thru person, cooker, etc. Food is what you get. Everyone has had bk and it doesn't change. The issue was the atmosphere. Just down right dirty. I won't hold it on the manager, she was doing more then needed but bk needs to hire someone to clean up the place.

Great burgers, fries, and delicious mozzarella sticks. The app helps you save money to obtain more bk delights. Highly recommend to those who like good, American food.

They messed up my order, forgot to give me an entire other order i was picking up, were extremely rude when i called to ask about it, and after cutting me off and saying "yup we tried to flag you down you didnt see us we tried to flag you" they the hung up on me immediately. I asked twice at the window if my order was right and they said yes. At the very least, yall could have been DECENT to speak to on the phone. I was nothing but nice and was treated like I was the inconvenience for simply calling and asking about their mistake.

Lady working the drive through was very rude to my grandmother. Gave her attitude and told her the total before she could add more items.

Burgers were barely warm. Soda prices extreme $3.19 for a medium.

Enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Had to ask for any amenities. Waitress seemed to be in a hurry and somewhat impatient. Dining area was closed at 9 in the morning.

Used their app to order a dine-in mobile order. The app said that my food is being prepared and it'll be in the "order pick-up" area. Waited in that area at the counter for 15 minutes before somebody acknowledged my presence. The employee asked if I was waiting for something and I gave him my order number. He said, "that's a mobile order" and walked way. I sat down for a little and then went back up to the counter, waited again for somebody to acknowledge my presence (it's now 35 minutes since I walked in the door after placing my order). This different employee asked if I'm waiting for something. I told him a mobile order. He asked if I informed anybody, so I pointed to the first employee and said that I did. My bag of food was waiting all this time on their warming spot and he grabbed it immediately and handed it to me while looking at the first employee and saying "come on man." He upsized my drink for the trouble which didn't mean anything to me since there are free refills. A total of 37 minutes of waiting for food that was already made and sitting right in front of them behind the counter. During this long wait, I watched the employees screwing around while I stood there ignored. The only person I saw busting their butt was the drive-thru employee. In addition, we had to use one of their paper BK crowns to wipe the dirt off of our table; not clean. Will never go back.

Although McDonald's has improved their main sandwich some, they're still too sloppy and not appealing.Burger King, though slightly more expensive, has a better sandwich (to be honest, I never go to fast food(?) restaurants as I'm not fond of their food, but it makes a nice place to meet).
