I recommend CPRS Physical Threapy to anyone that has chronic pain, car accident injuries, and arthritis. I feel myself getting stronger every week. My pain has also decreased. Additionally, the people here are kind and knowledgeable.

My back went out while at work and I was dealing with a lot of pain and gun shyness about anything physically demanding. Tom was so helpful and knowledgeable. He saw issues that were causing my back injury that I didn’t know about. He helped strengthen my back and taught me how to train and strengthen my shoulders to relieve my back muscles. He was always a great motivator and his team were fun to be around. Great environment to heal and recover.

This is the best physical therapy place I’ve ever been to and I highly recommend it. All personnel are highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all matters of the human body. They definitely know how to help. Tom’s massages are therapeutic and phenomenal. If I need therapy in the future I will be back here for sure!!!!!

I went to CPRS for post concussive rehab. They are all so nice and seem to truly care about their patients! Although I have finished the program, Tom still takes my calls and answers any questions I have, and continues to work with me on my healing and give me tips and advice.

I went in not sure what to expect. After my evaluation, I was started on exercises that targeted my hip. They were tougher than I thought they would be. Tom, Ally, and Brook guided me to where I knew I was improving every visit. They are very knowledgeable, as you’d expect of course, but it in a very personable way. If I need Physical Therapy for any future issues, they would be the first I would select.

Rotator cuff/shoulder pain. Staff is excellent at communication and working within your ability level. I had sone insurance issues and staff were able to talk to my insurance company and straighten everything out for me with no out of pocket (other than copay requirements). Very knowledgeable, patient and personable. I recommend CPRS Willow Street to anyone in need of reliable physical therapy. Great job!Update: This place is like the best family ever. Father Tom is like Samwise Gamgee leading Frodo through the dark realm of Mordor. Brooke is the mother making sure everyone is ok and flashing her beautiful ring to heal all patients. Allie is the rebel bad kid that ignores her parents and would rather be partying in a corn field somewhere. Brandon is just too darn sexy as the older brother overseeing the rest of the clan and healing shoulders all over the place. And without Hanna, the house would fall apart. Would highly recommend going here!!

This. Place. Rocks. Best PT clinic ever. I have worked in multiple clinics myself and i can tell you they are friendly, personal, kind, flexible, and professional. They don't just go through the motions, they take personal care to each patient and always make you glad to be there. They inspired me to really get back I to taking care of myself. 11 out of 10. Awesome crew. Tom's got a GREAT team!

The team in Willow Street have been wonderful and lead therapist Tom has really helped with assisting me to get back on track. Tom knows what he is doing and pushes me just as far as I can go and is gentle in the approach of my muscle tightness. Very appreciative of this time! Thank you!

Tom and his staff at willow street CPRS have been excellent in helping me gain back range of motion and strength in my rotator cuff. I would highly recommend CPRS Willow Street for any physical therapy needs.

Thomas, Brooke, Brandon, Allie, and Hanna at Willow Street all foster a team effort which is based upon a positive mentality. I work-out there 5 days a week and look forward to each day of smiles, laughter, and a productive atmosphere. Their workout equipment is “old school” and just perfect.Gregory

The only PT I’ve ever gotten has been here and I won’t go anywhere else. No matter who you get it’s always a good experience. Does not have that “doctors” vibe most medical places have which helps. You’ll leave feeling better, having laughed, and most of the time with food!

I started coming to CPRS Willow Street because I was having severe headaches every day which my doctor believed stemmed from my neck. I’m only a month in and I have had ZERO headaches since coming here. Every single person on staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been to PT at other places and would only ever recommend here. I am honestly going to miss coming here once I’m done as I truly enjoy coming to therapy twice a week. I will definitely miss the staff (and our fun video game conversations)!
