The one in kendig square has the best cashier there. He is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He made my errand very easy!

Last night i went to pick up an online order that wasn't ready the 2 ladies went beyond to get my order ready which had arrived on a truck the one girl sorry forget their names looked through each box to find my product she Was amazing. This Dollar General like so many retailers in the area are struggling with lack of manpower. This location seems to be no exception. Stock on the floor that needs unboxed, empty shelves, long lines, little to no customer service, etc However the location is really in the center of everything for a reseller. I can pick up envelopes and tape here, go a few doors down to UPS, a few more stores down to Goodwill and Dollar Tree. Plus this location offers Fed Ex drop off, something alot of other locations do not do, although most of the staff really don't know how to handle it. So during these hard times you can't be too critical. This review is based more off of the issues with their registers (credit only), and the lack of training on their staff to accept Fed Ex. Lots of empty shelves and messy isles, but that's just becoming the norm.

Apparently we can't pick up the phone all day. I don't wanna run somewhere only to find hey they STILL don't have in the product im looking for. Waste of time and money! It's no wonder the store is always in disarray when i visit, how can they manage a store if they can't even pick up a phone?
