Heather is amazing! Before my last appointment, I had a lot of pain. I told her what my issues were and where, and she really worked it out for me. She relieved a lot of the pain I was having.I highly recommend her!

Heather Lu is a wife and mother to three beautiful children. She is a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist, Aura Soma Practitioner, Reiki Master, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner with a firm belief of functional, alternative, natural and holistic health. She has a warm, bubbly, charismatic personality that can make anyone feel at home. Her goal is to help clients achieve a lighter sense of being, by letting go of pain, stress and anxiety through the trifecta of health (Mind/Body/Spirit). There is no set massage routine. Everything is adapted to your body and what it presents. Skills & Tools available.. Light/deep tissue, light therapy, fascia release, sinus drainage & CBD. By appointment only.
