They have treated our family for years. You might need to waitBut they are a group of loving and caring Doctors!!! They care and spend time with you and listen. You’re not a number or an in and out time management. I wouldn’t trade them for any other group in Lancaster County. Staff does care and they do their very Best.

I prefer smaller clinics, since it's what I grew up with. My father was even a dentist and had his own small practice, so its what I am accustomed to. Lancaster Family Medicine Associates is exactly what I was looking for when it comes to a primary care physician. A small clinic with doctors and physicians who don't treat you like a number. Daniel has been great with providing care! He is very good at listening to patient's concerns and really wants to help people without just pushing a pill and calling it a day.

Haven't been there in years but Dr. John J. Schmidt in fantastic. I don't know the other doctors but I believe Dr. Ann Marie King used to work there? Anyone no where she went? One of the main reasons I stopped going there was because of the rude, nasty receptionist/office staff that was there. Sounds like the have some new staff now & the cleaned up their act. Really awesome! Best of luck to ya!

The doctors here are good, the nurses who answer the phone and work the front desk are absolutely dreadful condescending, arrogant, rude, ignorant, extremely unhelpful!! I have never in my life dealt with such belittling and rude nurses. I called, asked a simple question and the nurses were just absolutely horrible no other way to put it. My entire family goes here. We will all be changing practices now because that was ridiculous!! This is not even remotely the first time of this either. Once twice maybe 3 times I would let it roll but this is every freakin time they won’t do anything about it so guess we all have to find a new doctor

Dr. Schmitt is the most caring and patient doctor we’ve ever had. He takes the time to listen and discuss your health issues. We’ve been able to get appointments in a very timely fashion.

The doctors are great if you could ever get an appointment. However, is very clear that this practice does not care about their patients. If you were looking for somewhere where you can get an appointment with your doctor don’t go there. If you want to see the same doctor every time that’s pretty impossible because their doctors are overbooked. They will ask you to choose a primary care provider and then never let you see them because they don’t have any free appointments. I have never felt so dehumanized.Even the people who I’ve talked to on the phone when scheduling appointments think it’s ridiculous that it is impossible to get an appointment at this place.Dr. Cuneo is a lovely person and a great doctor but we were promised that when they hired more people at this practice we would be able to get appointments. Clearly that was lie.

My wife and I have been using this practice for many years and we have always considered them TOPS. As she says "they always treat us like family". And everyone I know in the retirement community where I live who goes to Lancaster Family Medicine, and there are many of us, agrees that they are superb. Thank you, Lancaster Family Medicine.

Daniel Schmitt took the time listened to my father and was able to get him a CAT Scan the next morning. He was very kind and caring. He listened and took action right away. My father had been seeing Dr.Tribuzio at another practice and he just kept telling my Dad he was getting old and would not listen to him. Unfortunately the CAT Scan that Dr. Daniel Schmitt got him right away showed he had stage 4 Cancer and only lived a week after that.

Ever since my Dr. of 35 passed away, i was referred here...thank goodness they accepted me and my insurance and all my health issues...i love this practice and have the best medical professionals beyond words.. So blessed Victoria has the heart to make us all feel important and takes each and every illness ache and pain like it's hers..each and every time...Bless Lancaster Family Medicine....and thank you more than a million !!! I am blessed as well as my family .can't say thank you enough..there are not enough words :)
