They have a great team that are well trained and know how to get to the cause of pain and have complete programs to relieve it. I highly recommend them for pain management and getting rid of it.

Generally not super busy. But very covid crazy. As much as some people are treated for chronic illness and see numerous doctors, its frustrating to be forced into mask wearing and covid questions, but this is a LGH policy. Avoid all LG facilities if this is a frustration or anxiety producer for you. Additionally, if LGH really thinks that every person walking into a facility will answer their crazy questions honestly every time, the admin is delusional. Why do I owe that to you? You are making me wear a mask, you are wearing a mask and you are behind glass in all facilities as if every person is on the verge of turning into a zombie. No, I haven't coughed, breathed, blinked, sneezed....nothing!

Was in and out for blood work this week -- they take walk ins, but if you prefer to make an appointment, you can call ahead for a time slot. There are so many entrances to this building, it's difficult to explain where this is located. Thankfully there are a lot of signs everywhere, so you can follow the signs to find the check in desk. Give them your order, have your insurance card ready, confirm a few details, and they will direct you to the appropriate waiting area. There are also diagnostic services here, so just be sure you check the sign above/next to the waiting area before yo take a seat. I didn't have to wait long and the staff were friendly and efficient. Masks are still required, and if you have a cloth mask, they will provide you with another to wear.

Today we took my 4 y/o daughter her for blood work- she was jabbed too many times to count and hysterical crying the whole time (she's normally pretty good w/ blood work- she's used to getting it, but this was the 1st time we used this facility). Another phlebotomist ended up taking over & getting the vein right away w/o a problem- I just wish someone else could have stepped in sooner

I went in for an update Ultrasound and Maria Lauris who was my tech spent less than 10mins for a 60min appointment. She literally was going over my neck like she didn’t care. She was not focusing on the areas of concern. I received my results and the ultrasound she took was not even comparing my previous ultrasound.
