I’ve never been to the salon before. I walked in the place was empty. there was only one employee there and I asked if she took walk-ins and she said yes. I explained my situation and she said pick a color. she kept jerking my hand and my arm around. and she was doing my nails like she was in a hurry to get somewhere now keep in mind I came in at 5:30 they close at 7 o’clock and all I wanted was one nail to be fixed and to change my polish color. She was in that much of a hurry that she had gotten polish on my skin and then told me to put my hand under the lamp. Polish on my skin And she took a cut snippers to remove it and cut me several times to the point I was bleeding. She didn’t even put a basecoat down before she put polish on my nails . I do not recommend this place,

My friend and I tried going here today and there was only one nail technician working so she wasn’t able to accommodate any services due to having an appointment coming in. Also just from walking in for 2 minutes the salon looked very run down and dirty. It’s probably a good thing she didn’t have time for us.

Jessica has been doing my pedicure for about 1 yr. As I have problems with ingrowns anyway she gets them and it helps tremendously for a couple months. She is friendly and professional.

Jessica is absolutely wonderful! I have been with her for 16 years and will not go anywhere else. I always get compliments on my nails! Her work is hands down the BEST! I have started bringing my aunt who requires a bit more help and attention. Jessica is always kind and very accommodating to her and her needs! I could not recommend anyone better!!! The salon is always clean and welcoming. Never can go wrong with Jessica!?

Jessica is wonderful! She does beautiful work with my nails, I get so many compliments! I’ve been going to Nails Only in Willow Street for almost four years now and I will not go anywhere else!

I decided to give nails only in willow street , pa another chance. I have not returned since Tony sold the business. May 7 2024 I went in for a fill in. Sign outside says open at 9:00 am. Jessica never showed up untill 9:35!! Jessica did my fill in with gel. Did nice job but the sign says( which I will post) $30.00 for fill in with gel. Jessica charged my card $45.00. I did not notice till after I left and I had given her a $5.00 cash tip.
On May 28, 2024 I returned for another fill in. ( I made this appointment on May 7. ) sign says outside( opens at 9 am) which I will post. Again Jessica did not arrive until 9:45am!! Another woman had been waiting and left because Jessica DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME! I broke one nail off on May 9th after I left and decided to leave it go until this visit for my refill on May 28th. I also had booked a pedicure! I had a funeral to attend and stayed till she arrived. She remained talking on her phone until 10:30!!!( not talking to me.....which was rude). After she completed my pedicure I moved to the chair. She started on my nails and I asked.....how much for a fill in with gel? Jessica replied "$40.00". I asked why she charged me $45.00 last time when it clearly says on sign $30.00. She said she didn't remember!!!!!!!!!.now she is trying to cover her tracks by saying she must have"cut down". I said NO. THEN SHE SAYS ITS BECAUSE MY NAILS ARE LONG!!!!
Now she totals my bill. Again I am posting the price list in the store and hours sign posted out side. JESSICA CHARGED ME $85.00 FOR FILL IN WITH GEL AND A PETICURE.. she then tells me because she used gel on my toes ( after painting them) $15.00 more because she used gel!!! I will not return as I told her she to expensive for me. BUYER BEWARE......VERIFY THE PRICE BEFORE SHE TOUCHES YOU. PLEASE LOOK AT MY PICTURE OF PRICES, HOURS AS WELL AS PICTURES OF MY NAIL. she said she charged me to repair my broken nail. She did run the Drexel to shorten back and forth 2x and said she charging me to trim my nails!! She did NOT cut my nails down. The other thing I noticed both times.....not one other person came thru their door!!! Now I no why! They need to be turned in to better business bureau. This is price gouging!! I will make a complaint.

I have been coming here for several years . Jessica does a fabulous job on my nails and my daughter's nails. Jessica is very talented and does gorgeous designs. I highly recommend! Edited a misspelled word.

My mother and I got an acrylic manicure today, it took 3 hours and we were pleased. When we got home less than 2 hours her nail polish was mushy and pealing off. We spent a lot of money and time on these and she is very upset.

I just got here and the lady who named Jessica is the rudest staff I've ever encountered in my entire life!!!! She's mad because she has to work with only me the customer!!! She don't want me to ask questions? Like duhhh?!!! No wonder there is no customer in this salon, I DEFINITELY DON'T WANNA COME BACK HERE!!! The worst experienced ever in my life so far!!!! Shame on this nail salon! They need to close down if that lady is still there!!!! ???
