Windgap att are only a authorized dealer. They won't give you the online deals and aren't super willing to help you anyway. Just save yourself the headache, time, and money- drive over the mountain. Att in Bartonsville is incredible, great staff, super knowledgeable and helpful. They're also going to be able to honor the low prices and specials being run.

If I could put zero stars I would. I never say that. This store committed fraud a few years back on my account and then when I needed the manager recently to help me fix it, they acted like I could call a number and speak with someone. I told them I had tried that number before and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. They told me to try again. I went to a different AT&T store and you have to do it online… they helped me with it . I had to go to a whole different store for them to get it taken care of. Also my fiancé had a phone case break within two months of us getting it. The same day I went in to ask about the fraud, the same manager who told me to call someone also told him he had to go online to submit a claim to get a replacement… meanwhile it said online we had to go to the store. Either the manager is new and doesn’t understand what she is doing OR she is lazy.

I’m unsure of whether or not survey feedback is, or can be, shared with employees so I’m happy to share my response here:
Jacob deserves a promotion. His level of professionalism accompanied alongside a poignantly charismatic personality is a rarity amongst both a customer’s experience and salesperson’s interaction. If these surveys are truly analyzed, reflected upon, and utilized, AT&T should be referencing Jacob's work ethic (alongside that of his manager’s) as the baseline for proper associate etiquette and customer experience interaction(s). Moreover, if trainings were to be assembled based on customer feedback, Jacob's abilities coupled with his spontaneity (in regard to any new issues being immediately identified and remedied) should be modeled, if not mirrored, on/to a 1:1 basis.
AT&T may be a terrific company, but it is individuals like both their active manager, and their sales associates that are the sole reason I will continue to utilize their services.
I’m not sure what’s up with the lower reviews of this store, but I’d see it as such:
> if a product I purchase on Amazon works great, I’m happy and go about my day; if a product I purchase has an issue, I tend to leave a review—I utilize this analogy for one sole reason: if a majority of individuals have a terrific experience at this store but never leave a review, only the minority of bad experiences will be highlighted and mentioned within the reviews.
We’re all human; we all have off days, and that’s ok. However, specific to this store, its location, and its active associates and managerial staff, this AT&T store is overseen by a professional and charismatic team—all of the employees here should be proud of the work they continue to do and the assistance they continue to offer their customer clientele.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received at 6pm on Monday May 12th. This reason I had to go to the store was my Driver's License couldn't get validated through the AT&T Site on May 11th. When I arrived at 6 the doors were locked store hours say til 7PM. No one was in the front. I knocked on the window and eventually someone came out from the back to let me in. I explained I wanted the same deal I got online with trade in-value for the phone I currently have and was told it's no problem. I was then signed up for things I did not have nor did I want. I did not agree to signing up for ATT next up, I did not agree to insurance plan set up for my phone, you deleted my mobile insurance premium package and I did not agree to ANY OF THESE changes that were put on to my account. The trade in offer wasn't put on my account and over $100+ a month was added to my bill going forward monthly from these upgrades. I've spent over an hour undoing what changes were made to my account with customer service provided by the AT&T customer service over the phone. I have to wait another 40 days to remove the ATT next up due to policy stating I can't remove it from my account. As someone who's had an AT&T (originally Cellular one) account since 2005, which is going on 20 years, I'm super disappointed in how I was taken care of at this store. If you are a customer I'd stay as far away as possible or go to a different store. Make sure to ask to see any and all change being made to your account before buying.

Stay away from this store. I bought a phone and a couple of days later I told them that it did not work. They told me that they could not replace it. I am actually am out a couple of hundred dollars and have no phone. The saddest part is the Manager and the Staff really could not care! They are getting paid regardless of what happens. After a worker seen that my phone was not charging and clearly saw there was an issue with the phone told me there was nothing they could do after he had me wait @ 45 minutes because this was obviously a manufacturer defect and it had to get fixed at the Apple Store because it was an Apple phone. There was nothing that could be done. Prior to us leaving my husband warned them if Apple does not fix the phone we will be leaving this company. Drove all the way to the Apple Store and they told us that is an AT&T problem and they do not handle this. They should have just given you a different phone, especially since it is prior to 15 days. We went back to the store and the Manager basically said we were lying because the worker that told us this works at Apple and they do it all the time. The only way Apple would do it is if I paid them to do it. The reason being I did not buy the phone off of Apple. The Manager also said that I walked out the door with a phone that was working. That is another untruth. The Manager and/or I did not check the phone to see that it was working. I told her the speaker on the phone was not working. She did not check any of the phone prior to selling it to me. The Manager also said that she could not give us a transfer code. We had to get it over the phone. When we went to another phone store the salesman told us that customers all the time walk into the AT&T store and get a transfer code and then come back into his store. We are no longer AT& T customers. We have been AT&T customers for many years and have never been treated so badly. I cannot speak for all AT& T stores. The one is Wind Gap, PA is useless. Because my husband is a business customer, AT&T wanted to know why we are leaving when my husband told them all that had happened they too confirmed that it is not AT&T Policy to be like this. They should of just given me a different phone being it was less than 15 days. Lesson learned. I hope this review saves someone from going through what we went through. Find another AT&T store. Stay away from Wind Gap AT&T store. The staff want to get paid to do the least as possible for their customers. When you walk in the store they are all looking at their cell phones. That alone should tell you what kind of workers they are.

I had the worst experience at this place. I had to make multiple trips when I traded in my phone under a promotion. First, they messed up my trade in by putting it under the wrong number. When I asked about fixing it they said it was fixed but provided me no confirmation number. Then, when I confronted them in store because corporate was still not seeing the trade in applicable, they got very defensive and in my opinion it’s the lowest quality of service I’ve ever experienced.

Had the most amazing experience with Eve at the WindGap AT&T my father just had a house fire and lost everything. She was so nice helping us with barely information. Not only was she so pleasant but she navigates us to switching from another user when they were giving us a hard time. Highly recommend her as she is the best!! Thank you Eve we will ask for you every time!

Went to this store not knowing they are ONLY an authorized dealer. My wife and I upgraded our phones and a week later my son upgraded his phone. I looked at my bills and found they added another line to our bill as well as insurance on all phones. Then we found they added a fee for upgrading a phone every year which we said NO to. This review is just a notice to beware of non corporate stores. If going to AT&T take the 20 minute trip to the Easton it will be worth the trip to not be SCREWED over.
