Excellent service, (they took the time to receive and check the glass before calling us to bring the car in) thoughtful, planners, etc. And guys, you can eat off the shop floor, (you know what I mean), these guys are pros and at the top of their game. Icing on the cake, the car looked like it had won a pagent show when we picked it up! Cant give you enough positives about this place.”

“Our van broke down on I-80 near the Del Water Gap on a cold Friday night in December, with our family of 5 headed toward NYC from Ohio for Christmas. Called CHC and their tow driver, Jesse, was there within 5-10 minutes, and had us hooked up and towed very quickly. Because we couldn’t all fit in the cab, the owner herself came in her personal vehicle to pick us up and bring us back to the shop. The owners stayed late while Jesse worked to get the car fixed and get us back on our way, literally saving our Christmas vacation! And they made us comfortable with snacks, coffee and hot chocolate for the teenagers while we waited (and even some special honey cough drops for one of them). Now that’s full service, and with a smile! Thank you CHC! Highly highly recommend (though I hope we won’t be back soon :))”

“There were about a dozen positives, and only one negative. From initial drop off, they impressed the hell out of me, by offering me a ride home. The were CONTINUAL in providing updates and time frames. Every person i dealt with, was professional, friendly and efficient. Was just so impressed that a company still did business in such a good way.
The ONLY negative (really hate to be nitpicky) was upon picking up the car, one of the things they do is detail the car (would look silly to have new hood and such, and rest of the car be filthy). Anyway, the car was was awful. Not the end of the world. But made little sense to provide such amazing service, and then be sloppy on the final touch. Still, does not impact the opinion of what was an amazing experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for these types of repairs. They are to be commended.”
