I had my trailer returned from the factory for a warranty repair. I was told by the warranty girl at Colton RV that they were paid 2 hours to detail the unit (which was horrible) and 1 hour for a walk through to validate the repairs. I had a 9:00 appointment for the walk through and pick up, when i arrived I was told the trailer was up in the back lot and i could get it out by myself and their would be no walk through. I was also told that since i purchased it from Pocono RV and not Colton any issues would have to go directly to Keystone. Well I can assure you that I am very pleased with the service that Keystone supplied but will NEVER go back to Colton for anything, including the Fifth Wheel i plan to upgrade to next year. Typical big company all they care about is the money and the staff and customer service suck!!!!

Louis and I have been looking for a different RV to help with his balance issue because he has Parkinson disease. We literally looked at least 10 different RV dealers. We were camping near Wind Gap,and looked at Colton. It was the first dealership we went to,starting this journey. We saw one we really liked. Loved everyone there. ,but the price was a little too high. Our salesman was Jim Dahlstrom. We really respected him and felt he was down to earth.Fast forward, we live 2.5 hours away,so we looked at many RV dealerships, over 2-3 hours away ,plus close by. We decided to buy from the same dealership we had bought before, but VERY UNHAPPY with their manager, and extra coats they put on.We already put money down,BUT they refused fir us to pay fir our own independent RV inspector. We then went back to Colton 5-6x and canceled the other sale and bought from Colton! WHAT a TRUE PLEASURE it was. NO PRESSURE,HONEST, and like FAMILY!EVery step of the way was GREAT! NO HIDDEN FEES! NO PRESSURE . Talking and working with them was WONDERFUL! They were aware of Louis issues and really guided us also with finances! We feel like they will be with us every step of the way!Jim Dahlstrom was so so kind, caring, andinformative . He gave us a true step by step guidance to find the right RV and price for us, and we felt calm.Everyone we came in contact were nothing short of WONDERFUL,JIND,and HELPFUL!Ed Long, truly helped us immensely with finances and a great interest rate, and extras we needed. It was a NO PRESSURE setting that we were thankful for.Eric Fuls,-Camper Advisior, took as much time answering questions while we went through our RV. He has wonderful ,and had great ideas! He will be probably become our BEST FRIEND, answering our needs and questions on the future!*** Louis and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are looking to buy any RV,etc, to definitely look at COLTON! Look up Jim,Ed,and Eric!!We lived our experience and you will too!!Brie and Louis Hill

I just can't rate them high. Harvey in service was an undiputed jewel here. But, even he couldn't help bring the star rating up.We bought our RV here of course and had between some of the mistakes that were just ridiculous and such I'm going to say we'd purchase somewhere else. We will be going else where for our service partly b/c they are a distance BUT mostly I can't deal with more mistakes and such.Yes, for mistakes etc they compensated us for a few. But, the mistakes shouldn't gave happened in this number to begin with. I haven't listed them since I just don't wanna waste anymore time.

Just had my new Thor Magnitude RS36 winterized. As a first time RV owner I needed a lot of guidance and patience. Service Manager Harvey took his time and took me through the whole process. The entire group from management, sales, parts and service have been terrific. Great team. Five Star all the way!!

Had a great experience! Sales rep Chris Penrose was super friendly! I initially looked at some RVs a couple months before a purchase. Chris gave me updates in that time frame without being pushy. Finance rep Ed Long was friendly as well, we had some good conversation beyond the RV purchase. He kept me in the loop of progress to the loan as it happened. Camping advisor Eric Fuls is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable on all things RV life. He so committed he gave me his personal number for questions "down the road" literally. He went out of his way to get me the best deal on extras also! Camber Coco, Katie Tressler, and Ron short all really helped me behind the scenes, and I'm grateful for them. Other staff I met were all great as well! It's easy to like them all! Glad for a great experience! Looking forward to the RV life!

I have purchased 2 RV’s from Colton, and both times my experience has been excellent. I had mentioned that we might want a bigger camper, and as soon as one came in Chris M. called me. It had everything we were looking for and was just perfect! Chris Musselman is a great guy to work with, he goes above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect camper. Everyone else there is great too. Jenny, the greeter, is so friendly and helpful, and makes sure you get quick answers. Ed from finance had everything ready so the paperwork was a breeze and answered all of my questions. And Matt from service made sure I was comfortable with the new hitch system, even went through everything twice. Overall a great experience!!

I’ve waited over four months to write a review. I’ve given every opportunity for Colton to address mine and my girlfriend’s concerns, yet as of this writing they’ve not. I’d be happy to change the review to something more positive but the Colton reps have been effectively ignoring us now.We purchased our first motorhome in July of this year. We drove from RI to see the RV in Buffalo, NY and after falling in love we made an offer on the spot. During the initial paperwork phase we were told by Craig in sales that our credit would not be run more than once without our express permission which turned out to be a lie. They ran our credit multiple times and without ever asking us, to the point that we had to freeze our credit to stop them from doing it more. When I confronted sales leadership they played stupid and told us they never said that. When finalizing paperwork Colton asked us to backdate the signatures into the previous month, likely so they could hit quotas/quarterly goals. We didn’t really mind, but I’d suggest you the reader not do this as they later attempted to use this against us when we called in issues that were supposed to be covered under their warranty. Will get to that.Colton obviously really wanted the sale because they covered a significant portion of the balance that the lender wouldn’t which was really incredible. That said, it felt like we were treated like bugs throughout the whole process, like we were some smear they couldn’t get rid of. We didn’t feel welcome or appreciated at all. After the sale finalized Colton was very hard to communicate with. They lied to the lender about when the vehicle was actually ready. They claimed that we had requested a later pickup date when it was them who didn’t have the vehicle ready in time. It might not have been an issue but we ended up starting to make payments when we weren’t even in possession of the vehicle. They had had over a month to prep it at that point. We spoke with the lender to request a prorate for the time we didn’t physically have it and the lender basically said Colton told them we were the reason it took so long. Then Colton called us immediately and vaguely threatened us into paying sooner. When the vehicle was ready we went in for our scheduled appointment and they kept us waiting for over forty minutes. The inspection went normally, no issues, the parts guys were cool. We stayed in the RV a few days on the lot. We brought up some minor concerns which were resolved on site. After we took the vehicle home, about six hours into the ride the GPS went dead. Not sure Colton really could have known, but we attempted to work with them due to the warranty and this is when they tried telling us it wasn’t covered due to when we signed. I fought them on it because it was obviously a ridiculous claim and after escalating they changed their tune.So Colton agreed to work with us on the warranty. We needed to be in NY technically but we worked with their head tech who helped get us on track with a local Freightliner chassis shop who would look at the issue. Colton agreed to honor the warranty (which covers half expenses, btw). The chassis shop determined they were unable to fix it, so they only charged us the $431.18 diagnostic fee. Colton had agreed to pay half the diagnostic though so that’s all we requested from them. When we asked for the reimbursement we were promised Colton refused to acknowledge us. 2-3 months later and here we are. We also found that the ladder they provided was for the wrong make and model and they refuse to acknowledge this either. I asked for the monetary equivalent just to make it easier and still nothing. So at this point my unresolved grievances are very minor, and should Colton feel inclined they can really turn this around if they just pay us what we’re owed. It’s like $300-$400 total. I’ve texted the lead sales guy Zach about 10 times now and it’s just a continuous dead end.So yeah, don’t shop here unless you anticipate not ever needing any sort of customer service because they will be useless.

I purchased an Entegra Launch, class B. The learning curve and manufacturer (JAYCO) defects seemed insurmountable at times. The Colton RV @ Wind Gap crew were there for me through it all. Very professional !!! I could not have asked for better communication and resolve. Thank you Wayne Lehto, Camber, Katie, Harvey & Eric, !! AND all the behind the scene Techs who worked so hard !I appreciate you folks. Happy Trails : )

Just purchased a travel trailer from Colton RV in Wind Gap. We went to a few others, but this place by far had the best selection and THE BEST staff. We were met by the staff as soon as we arrived. We sat down with our salesperson Chris and we told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. Within 10 minutes he was showing us several models that fit exactly what we were after. We decided which one we liked the best and the rest is history…. The financing was a breeze, They put us right where we wanted to be. Really a GREAT experience dealing with Colton RV in Wind Gap. We will be taking delivery of our fantastic Brand New Camper next week. Looking forward to Many years of quality family camping! Thank You Chris and the rest of the team at Colton RV.

The team is great. Jim, Matt, Jay, and Harvey have been excellent from the very beginning. Although I am having some issues with my 2022 Sanibel, I’m confident that this will be taken care of as soon as I can bring the unit back to Colton in windgap.
