I must say I was extremely disappointed with this branch I had very high hopes to invest with this company , unfortunately I was rejected because I owe a very small amount to another bank about $60 I would say and I was asked many questions and I was even asked to physically show my email which I thought that was very personal and invasion of privacy , and at the end of the conversation I was denied to open a savings account . mind you that my deposit was well over half a million dollars, but at the end of the day I went to a different bank and had no issues and finally opened a savings account . Maybe it was best to avoid future aggravations with fidelity bank

I have moved away from the area and still drive back to the Wind Gap Fidelity location to do my banking. Great service, great people!

All the tellers are super friendly and they always go above and beyond to help you and make sure you have the best experience they can give. They are super knowledgeable and able to figure out problems in a very timely manner. Overall a wonderful bank with wonderful employees.

Michele and Antoinette are the are the best I have a business account here and they go above and beyond for me I have watched them work with other customers and they are the same way with them also they build a relationship and make it not miserable to go In and do your banking
