I've never tried to recycle various household metal items before, and the folks at JFR were really helpful -- from quickly responding to Facebook messages about what can / cannot be recycled, to helping guide us through the process when we arrived at their facility. These gals and guys really work hard, and seeing the piles of metal that will be recycled was very eye-opening. Glad to work with a company that helps keep trash out of landfills (and we made a little money in the process)!

Had a great experience with JFR. My car was totaled and I had to leave the area before they could come get it. They helped me arrange to leave the keys and title at the auto shop my car was at and picked it up the next morning. They then mailed me a check within a week. They also sent me my EZ Pass which I'd accidentally left in the car, without me even asking them to. Thank you for making a stressful experience way easier for me!
