My family has been banking here for as far back as I can remember. I recently opened up a new account. The people have called me to see how I am doing and if I have any problems. No other bank has ever put in a courtesy call to me.

They took $168 out of my already dwindling savings account, only offering $12 back, for transferring money too many times in a month. I blame myself for thinking they told me everything I need to know when I opened it recently. If I hadn't been forced to close my non-essential business 3 weeks ago, this wouldn't hurt as much as it does. I understand it was my fault, I only wish I was shown any compassion during these trying times.

Very rude manager that attempts to use passive aggressive responses to make herself feel better. Judging by how old she looks, she should be way past menopause, however she acts like it is in full swing still. She also doesn't understand how to read and understand a legal document and caused issues because of that. The tellers also struggle with understanding how to perform simple tasks. I would recommend going to Merchants Bank if you're in the area looking for a bank.

I literally just had the worst experience I have ever had at a bank here. The lady with short curly hair older is a total a*** Last time I come here. !

Went to apply money to an escrow account and Karen stated they didn't do much with mortgages (well that didnt make me feel very comfortable). She stated she had no idea how to do that. There was Karen and 2 other workers talking in an office and it seemed as though I interrupted their "girl time". Branch 250 (in in wind gap) sorry to be a bother as a very loyal customer. Hope others get better treatment than I did.
