“In general I love the variety of treats we can find for our pets. This is a good local pet store when I need something quick. I do find other pet supplies plus stores to have more options with treats and food. This one particular doesn't carry the dry food or litter options I purchase. Employees are always nice store is clean and organized.”
“First off my dog is very hard to please. I saw their stand at the big E and thought id try it because the prices were really good. My dog is in love these snacks and bones were huge amd so crunchy. I dont know if i can buy treats anywere eles now. I bought almost one of everything and money well spent. I cant say enough about these treats. It is a must buy. You wont be sorry!!”

“Let me begin by saying, John cares about all his reptiles and wants to make sure you’re set up for success! I was in the market for a Russian tortoise and he happened to have one. I called the day before and spoke with him about this tortoise in particular. He raises his reptiles from the time they are born and sets them up for success as well. He spent an ample amount of time walking me through how to care for her. And even picked some dandelions for her to come home with ! Thank you John for all the help! I am looking forward to a lifetime of love from our new girl. ?”

“I cannot recommend the folks at Klair Kennels more enthusiastically. I am a volunteer transport coordinator who asked for their help in boarding one of our dogs when we had to interrupt a transport from NY to Louisiana. They have been so kind and absolutely wonderful to work with. Just the kind of folks you want caring for your animal when you can't! 5 stars is not enough!! :)”

He's gone now, but Laurie was always so patient and kind with him (not easy as he was a feisty black pug with ideas of his own)! “I stop in randomly if I don't feel like buying something on Amazon and waiting or heading to PetSmart. I would say the staff is very friendly and helpful. They carry most of the mainstream foods/toys and also some more high end things...like raw/freeze-dried foods. I only ding it for the prices. Expect to pay at least 10% more here. Also, there is a membership I think? You put in your number each time but I don't think it is for rewards, just looking up orders. That's also a bummer.”

“Brought our standard poodle for a bath and brush. She had been rolling and crawling on yucky ground and floors so she desperately needed a bath. Upgraded to deluxe for nail grinding.
A wait was expected but maybe scheduling system needs to be tweaked so that there aren'ttoo many people checking in and/or picking up all at once? It wasn't too bad though.
We had many questions prior the service and Brandon patiently explained everything very well. When the grooming was done, the phone call didnt come through for some reason- we think a problem with phone company? But we got an email and went to pick her up in a timely manner. Pup was very happy and Brandon did an excellent job! He was very courteous and gentle with her the whole time. When we pick her up from any groomer we know how the groomer handled her by how she behaves and we could tell she was in great hands the whole time. She was also squeaky clean and super fluffy.
The cashier and manager were also very patient and nice. We had an issue with incorrect price ringing up but they handled it quickly and courteously. This location has great staff and store is kept very clean.”
“The woman who runs the rescue with her husband, she is an animal lover down to her core. My husband and I just adopted to 1 year old cat siblings and we are so happy! This woman has shared with us what she has seen and dealt with during her years of doing this, she's been doing this since 1983, that's a lot of animals she's seen neglected, abused and dropped of by idiotic people for idiotic reasons. She's seen a lot. People saying she was "rude to them" honestly, in my opinion, just expected her to act like a petsmart employee ? which is ridiculous. This woman has negative reviews by people who ONLY leave other negative reviews for other businesses. They just seem like Karen's who expect people to be exactly how they want them to be. Not every place, is the costumer right and that's what the people leaving negative reviews about her attitude EXPECT. And that's just wrong. If anything, my husband and I are THE biggest animal lovers and we love her and understand she only wants what's best for the animals. She isn't there to suck up to you so you take animals off her hands. That's not how she runs it, and we appreciate that bc that's how it should be. We love the cats we got from her and we appreciate what she's done for 1000s and 1000s of animals she's taken care of for these past 40+ years. She deserves way better reviews than she's gotten. It's important to have reviews that are honest, 100%. But please remember, those people leaving the reviews are often the hardest people to please and particularly miserable. If your looking for a place that cares more about the animals health and happiness over giving you the "costumer service" treatment. Please try this place out.”
