“Called the day before and spoke with Matt. I explained I was looking at a few cars on the lot for my son. My wife and I arrived Early Saturday morning and we were met on the lot by Matt who was very cordial. He said Doug would be out to take care of us. Doug arrived a few minutes later and got the keys for one of the cars we were there to look at. The SUV was extremely clean and detailed. We took a good test ride and found no issues with the vehicle. I explained I wanted to Scan the vehicle which showed no issues. I went over the SUV pretty well and short of a few paint dings found nothing wrong. There was no pressure and the whole process was easy. Considering the high milage we did purchase a powertrain warranty but it was not pushed on to us. Overall very satisfied and had a great experience.”

So far so good and as an expert in the field they sold a quality vehicle at a quality price point. Should they have something else of my interest in the future I would absolutely be back to check it out. Too many used car lots try to tell you fake information about a vehicle and these guys were honest enough to say they didn't know the answer to certain questions. This is an old school buying experience similar to that of a private sale.”
“This is a nice group of people. As soon as my wife and I pulled up. Our salesman Mike was there greeting us. With keys in hand to the triple black silverado I was walking towards. He just grabbed a plate and we took it for a ride. Came back and met Bill and Lynn. Bill is the sales manager and made all the paperwork go very smoothly. Lynn is an owner and she is wonderful. Grabbed us some bottles of cold water and while the paperwork was being done. She had the truck detailed. And she personally drove the truck to the gas station and filled the tank!!! Can't say enough good things about this dealership and the people that make it run. Thanks you guys! My daughter is getting a car soon. You bet we will be calling them first. I live almost 2 hrs away and will definitely be shopping for our future cars here.”
“I have an older vehicle that I take here for service. He is very reasonable, does a great job and doesn't charge outrageous prices for routine service work. I'll give you an example: two years ago, I used another service center on William Penn Highway; dropped my car off for an inspection and after they inspected the vehicle, told me that it needed $2500 worth of work. I told them they are out of their mind. I then took the vehicle to Knecht's and he was able to repair it for @$600 dollars and inspected it. He is honest and won't rip you off.”
