I did not think I would be using the 30 day return policy but wound up finding a better pathfinder that was much nicer for not much more. They transferred it in no charge to the easton location even took care of some minor things that were wrong before I took possession!Overall it was super painless. “I have an older vehicle that I take here for service. He is very reasonable, does a great job and doesn't charge outrageous prices for routine service work. I'll give you an example: two years ago, I used another service center on William Penn Highway; dropped my car off for an inspection and after they inspected the vehicle, told me that it needed $2500 worth of work. I told them they are out of their mind. I then took the vehicle to Knecht's and he was able to repair it for @$600 dollars and inspected it. He is honest and won't rip you off.”
