Really Awful lying cheating service! I Prepaid for media marked mail for books and they claimed insufficient postage.. and uncharged! LIARS and made my daughter pay 53 $ extra! NOW as a result she won't accept her next incoming packages. CROOKS ! Reimburse her or else get sued and reported further! You made what was supposed to be a delight to get her things she has waited patiently for, turn into a disaster of a memory and a headache to deal with your staff ! Shame on you !!

I had called them today because mymail keeps getting sent back to the sender. Before I could even fully explain the situation, I was cut off and screamed at by the worker for something that isn’t even my issue. It was truly disgusting. Do better.

Absolutely disgusting employees. They complain about packages regularly like it isn't their job, and today she threatened to call the police on me because I was disputing her complaints about my package being overweight, which it was actually more than a half pound under the weight limit on the label.When you have a job you must understand that the customer deserves to be treated with respect, just as you do as an employee. But you also must understand that you aren't being paid to think, and if something is upsetting you, you don't take it out on your customers.

The entire climate of local post offices has been awful since Covid.Low staffing, workers on leave, changing mandates and multiple other issues, the customer service performance has dwindled to nearly nothing.Different personalities with assorted temperaments are the daily occurrence at multiple locations within my business area.This location had it share of new clerks but throughout the last eighteen months there is finally some stability and suitable staffing, from one clerk to even TWO!These days, it’s my go to location with great service!

This is my Semi local Post office. They are really quick here and helpful. My local PO would be Saylorsburg but they tend to give off grumpy vibes sometimes so we drive a little bit more to Windgap because of the staff ♡

I don’t usually give bad reviews, usually I am very agreeable, but in this case, I wish I could give less than one star. I’m not sure of her name, but the lady that’s usually behind the counter is so rude and lazy. I guess this review is more for her than the actual business. I went in to make a return, the first return I’ve ever made, and I didn’t have the package taped back up. She was incredibly rude to me and made a very rude comment as she nastily taped up my return. On a separate occasion I went to ship something out, again not aware of the process. Again she was very rude to me, and made another nasty comment to me. “This is not my job” she mumbled under her breath. She was just very rude and unkind. I have never felt so disrespected by an employee before. The problem is just plain laziness and disrespect. I’ve never had a problem with mail delivery, or the other employees there. However, based on stories I’ve heard and reviews I’ve seen, It seems that the Wind Gap Post Office operation is dangerously mismanaged. I’d say don’t waste your time at this location, but that would be an understatement.

Put a FedEx package in their mailbox by mistake. Called the woman on the phone at wind gap post office to try to help me explain what happens now. She was very rude would not go look and see if the package was in the office and just told me to wait to see what happens. Very lazy and uncooperative.
