I had an amazing experience. Between the finance manager Celber and the sales Rep Dylan Gray. They were very professional but also very welcoming. These two individuals did everything in their power to make sure I drove off in my new Chevy Equinox. I am very grateful and would highly recommend!

Since the beginning, the process of buying my new car was smooth sailing. I had good communication with my sales Rep. Steve. He kept me up to date with the whole process. The place feels like family and there is no sales pressure. I was able to pay msrp for my new C8 with no hidden fees and up sales. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future, I recommend them 100 percent. ?

If I could rate lower at this point I would. We took our vehicle to a local shop and spent $600 dollars. They did not fix the problem so we thought we would give Wind Gap Chevy a try. They blamed the problem on the small town shop, bashing them and said it would be $300 to fix it, plus we needed transmission serviced, and brake pads. Our bill was over $1000. Two days after getting the vehicle back, it would not start. It was towed back to their shop. They told us all the wires were stripped and needed replaced. $1200 later, mind you only $35 in parts. We had the truck back. Fast forward 5 days and my husband was driving down the highway and the truck started to make a noise and the check engine light came on. He pulled into a gas station and it wouldn't go more than 1 mile per hour. Now, we got a call that it's the transmission and they want another $4800. This truck is a 2020 and I just don't understand how the transmission was fine the first time they checked and now it's bad 3 weeks later. They also don't call back. Worst service ever. We will never own another Chevy

This by far has been an amazing car buying experience. My wife and I walked in with little hope but a desperate need for a suv. Everything was extremely simple and pleasant from scheduling the appointment, sitting down with the reps and the test drive, to purchasing the vehicle. These guys worked as a team and really made us feel at home right away. Everyone was very personable and didn't make us feel like another dollar to be made. Our reps were Brian Statler, cleber geleski, and JR. These guys were fantastic! We explained that we needed a safe reasonable suv for my wife and kids, and they delivered! We recieved a way newer vehicle than we though possible at a reasonable price and the explanations of the packages and add-ons was super thorough which made us feel that they were paying attention to our needs instead of trying to upsell us. Thank you everyone @windgap chevy. Can't thank you enough.

Purchased a 2024 Silverado HD 2500 Saturday. I had 17 years of experience working at a GMC Buick dealer as a service tech and then as a service manager. So I know how a dealership functions. Some are good, most not so good. Wind Gap Chevrolet is Stellar! I have never been in such a clean,well organized dealership.Upon arrival I was greeted by Dylan Gray.Dylan is a true sales pro! Amazing customer service, and the friendliest staff. Purchased a 2023 Silverado high country, and from looking at the truck, getting approved, and leaving with the keys, the whole process was smooth and easy and I was helped every step of the way. I bought the truck from Steve Savercool, and he couldn't have been more helpful, showing me all the features, and giving me a complete walk through of my new truck, walking me through all my paper work, all with a smile on his face. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or my experience!

I previously had purchased a car at Koch 33 and was experiencing issue after issue with the car AND the dealership for many weeks. I called wind gap and in less than 8 hours, i had a new car. Cleber really made sure that i was able to get into a car that day. Dylan even drove to my house to pick me to bring me to the dealership. Everyone you encounter, from sales to finance makes the car buying experience so easy. There is a reason this dealership has such a high star rating ?

Horrible customer service!!! I would highly advise you NOT to buy a used vehicle from this dealer. 100 percent dishonest Service Manager and Technicians! They refuse to own up to their mistakes, and will tell you “I’m sorry but can’t help you” when you ask for so help repairing an issue that emerged from Their Technicians Negligence!! Completely Dissatisfied! And utterly shocked by the actions of what I thought was a HONEST Reputable local dealer! I was wrong and burned! Hopefully this with save potential buyers from the levels of stress I’m endured.
