Today I stopped in to ask about getting the newest Covid vaccine and my annual flu shot.. I figured that I would make an appointment.. But the pharmacist said if I could wait a few minutes he could do it today.. On more than one occasion, they have helped me and my husband with our needs in a very friendly manner.. I would like to thank Wind Gap Community Pharmacy for treating us as people who matter, not just someone in line.. ?

The only Pharmacy that had my diabetic medication and they were so nice and so pleasant not like CVS and Walgreens. Excellent Pharmacy for the first visit. No complaints.

I would do zero if it was available. Horrible customer service on prescriptions with hardly any store stock. If it’s anything off the wall they don’t stock it and you wait. Call that prescriptions are ready and when you get there, they either can’t find them or are not ready. Constantly doing auto fills even when they’re told not to. Thought they would be a pleasant experience switching from CVS to them, but don’t waste your time. If they have good intent, they certainly do not show it with the Customer Service. Hard to stay with someone when you can’t trust the person filling your prescriptions. Wanted to support a local business but they don’t allow you to unless you’re willing to deal with all the confusion and problems that they bring on their selves.We stuck with them for two years hoping it would turn around but I believe it’s gotten worse if that possible. Sorry to say we won’t be back.

The staff are so kind and personable! I feel comfortable with them, like they care. Which is very hard to find these days in the medical industry..the pharmaceutical team that works here remember my name, they remember me. And that is so important to people like myself. People with anxiety and depression, people who have been let down so many times by others in the medical field. The people here actually CARE. I Like that. ?

I’m switching my pharmacy, Wind Gap Community Pharmacy is quick, cheaper, and the most friendliest. They had my prescriptions done within an hour. Highly recommend.
