Called to schedule a recall fix for my Bronco - was able to get scheduled within a week! Service staff were super helpful and accommodating - when I asked last minute to change from picking up my vehicle to delivery, they happily accommodated the request and had my vehicle parked back at my house in no time!

After working with 3 other dealerships locally trying to find a new truck that had a 6.5 bed and super crew cab none found me one. I happened to search places a bit farther ( about an hour and a half away) I cam across Laurel Ford Lincoln's website and low and behold found exactly the truck and color and options no one else had-and it was a 2023 (XLT Super Crew). I left a message on the website after hours asking if it was available the Saturday before labor day and Labor day Steven from sales called
Me in the am. He said the truck was there so I got in my old car and drove there surprised they were open. Great truck, marked down to a price other dealership were quoting for Xl trucks not XLT's and had none of the options I wanted like the XLT Laural Ford had. In short I put a deposit down and working with Steven and the great Gal in finance office (her name escapes me) added a few accessories and arranged to pick it up at the end of the week. Can't say enough about the nice folks there and the fast service to get all the accessories on in just a few days.
Highly recommend the dealership and Steven. Especially for tradesman since the have so great work trucks there also.
Driving home I was happy as a lark not to be driving my 25 year old Lincoln Contintal home. I love and it runs great but there is nothing like new F150 for me at this time.
