“Joe was accommodating and very helpful when we originally had a reservation at another location that wasn’t able to uphold the reservation. Joe took care of everything, from getting us setup with another box truck to handling the other reservation and canceling it for us. Really appreciate how helpful he was, definitely will be returning.”

“They are absolutely awesome. Tim from the company came to give me a price to replace a heater and smelled fumes. I called my provider of propane and told them about the fumes. They were ultimately a fail in response and thankfully I stopped them from filling my tank in this very cold weather. Shaffers team found a leak, fixed it, replaced a heater in the family room and I’m so grateful for their service. Tim and team thank you so very much!!!”
“I appreciate the no hassle experience. They make it simple and easy to do business with them. I have no worries about running out of propane. There drivers come do there thing and leave. Most times we don’t even know there here until we get a notification saying the gallons put in. Prices are fair.”

“Bring back the coupons!
I’ve been a Ferrellgas customer for a very long time.
My delivery guys do a GREAT Job!
I would give them 5 stars if it wasn’t for two things: the added fees (HazMat and fuel surcharge) keep climbing up, and they don’t offer coupons anymore.
Other than that, very happy with Ferrellgas.”
