John responded to a call from the police to tow my vehicle after my auto accident. He was prompt and polite. He communicated what the next steps were and went above and beyond. He won’t release your vehicle without your consent to any insurance or tow company. I appreciate your kindness and attentiveness throughout this nightmare John. Thank you

The older worker was very difficult to work with. "Miscommunicated" about the pricing that would be charged. Not unexpected from a very small, shady shop; but, was hoping for better.

I was in a car accident and they sent John to tow my car. Although the situation sucked, he talked me through everything I needed to do and answered every question. I had. I wouldn't think twice about using them again for any car related service.
