“Everything was fine except the unit wasn't swept out. There was a paper with initials on it that said it was, but it wasn't. Other than that it was good and was a very easy process.”

“Clean space. The only problem I have is that there’s usually no one in the office whenever I need help. When I call it just takes a long time to get a response back. I either have to wait back for a response or try to call earlier in the day. Other than that, it’s very convenient and I felt like my items are very safe.”

“When the movers arrived with my possessions, my unit was locked so I had to make other arrangements but the owner responded promptly and explained that my unit was one of the new ones that hadn't been unlocked yet. He also gave me a month for free and he was very professional. I would've given 5 stars but I cleared my unit on 08/06 and sent a message through the portal, didn't hear back for 2 weeks and couldn't reach anyone by phone. So I sent an email straight from my personal email address and asked if I would be refunded for the remainder of the month since I only used it for 6 days of August and whether or not I would be getting my deposit back. I got a response back quickly but all it said was "Lease closed" with no response to my question. I responded back to please let me know about the refund and deposit but still haven't heard back about it.Update: I wasn't able to respond to the comment from DMS but 70 wasn't my unit number.”

“I highly recommend My Storage Space. The owners are friendly and very helpful. I had a concern and the owners called me right away and it was resolved in no time. I was impressed by how fast it was resolved. They also have cameras. Additionally, they hire someone to help avoid pests/ mice to keep everyone's belongings more safe. Prices are good as well.”
“The online ordering was easy and stress-free. The system helped me identify the appropriate size vehicle for the job. It was easy to schedule pick-up/drop-off dates/time. You can order additional supplies online as well. They can even connect you to local movers for a helping hand, if needed. I've rented through the Shamokin Dam UHAUL location previously. It's a convenient location, has some in-store items on-hand as well. They are always pleasant, courteous, and make it a smooth transaction.”
