“The ATM had an issue and didn't give me the money it said it did. I went into the lobby. Devin helped me. She looked at my account and explained how the amount would be credited back to me when the ATM closed that day. Unprompted, she then called me the next day to let me know that she checked my account again and everything was fixed. I appreciate the initiative!”

“I have been working with JBT of Newmanstown for 10 years. Christy has been there as long as I can remember and is the best bank teller I have ever worked with. Linda is also very helpful and deserves an A+ for customer service! But do not waste your time and speaking with Sara on a call. Today I called in with a question about my loan auto payment and Sara was very arrogant towards me and was unable to answer my questions.”
