I needed my car towed that broke down on me in July. I went through my insurance company to help pay for the tow. They got me situated and set up with Hillside. Joshua that assist me communicated well and had good customer service. He even apologized for being a little later cause he helped someone that lost a tire. That’s going out of his way. Once the care was delivered to the destination he confirmed and sent pictures. A+ to this towing service. People need to be more like Joshua!!!

I wanted to put a shout out to Steve for all his help yesterday. My wife's car broke down and while we were looking to find out what was wrong with the car he drove by to see if we needed help. I told him our mechanic was a a 1/4 mile down the road. He said it's the Christmas season I'm not leaving anyone stranded I'll bring you down free of charge. I told him I would pay him and he told me no you won't just pay it forward. He loaded the car brought it down and would not take a dime no matter how hard I tried all he kept saying was pay it forward. The world needs more people like him. Thanks to him and the company if anyone ever needs any service I highly recommend them!

The gentleman from Hillside Towing and Transport came out to my home in Berks County to tow my Audi Q7. He was very kind and handled my vehicle with care. He didn’t rush and took his time.
