5 stars. Laverne was very patient with me - and very thoroughly answered all of my questions without mechanic jargon. Which, IMO, alot of mechanics don't do. I left knowing exactly what the problem was with my car, how the problem occurred, and how to fix it/avoid it in the future. Absolutely recommend Hurst Repair.
