John sold me my first mattress which got me off the floor in 2022. What I bought was comfortable and amazingly lasted longer than I expected. Now I’m ready for my next mattresses. I called to leave a message on the voicemail after hours and he answered the phone. Took care of my questions and I will be making another purchase within the next month or two. I understand medium to top quality cost a little more lol… The best I can do at this point for the service you have given me is to give you a glowing review. Thank you sir.
BTW… I was quoted a price with delivery and it turned out the mattress I ordered wasn’t available so in my first purchase, I was upgraded. No questions I asked. Can’t say he’ll do it again, but he knew I was sleeping on the floor.

We decided to visit at the store due to be found on Facebook claiming that they had mattresses at a high discount comparing to high-end stores however, I was Very disappointed with the pricing comparing to Actual stores . Even though he did show us what the mattresses caused in the actual store and he had too much cheaper. I still believe the quality was not worth the price. You can go to an actual store and get warranty for that kind of price that he was selling.

John made this a very easy, very friendly, and very smooth process. Compared to big box stores who just want to nickle & dime you, John was up front & this was the quickest I've ever bought a mattress! I left feeling good about the transaction & the conversation & if I ever need to purchase another mattress, I know where I am going!

We have purchased several mattresses from John, with our most recent being an adjustable base bed. After 2 years, the remote for the bed stopped working. I was in contact with the manufacturer to have it replaced, but no longer had a copy of the receipt. I reached out to John to see if he had record of the transaction and could provide me with a copy. I fully expected the response to be, No! I made this request of John on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He reached out to me on Friday and shared that he managed to locate it and would be able to get it to me in the very near future. He did all of this over a holiday! I’ve had warranty issues with Feceras and paid triple the price for not even quarter of the customer service. The standard response is, “We so sorry that happened, but we can’t help.” (While they work so hard to sell the warranty to people with no intention of helping when something goes wrong!). At any rate, I felt it was necessary to provide this review, because this business is clearly more than selling beds! He cares about his customers. Thank you so much for making this business more than just one sales transaction. You are a good person with wonderful customer service. You have a kind heart and make every customer feel like they’ve known you for years. My appreciation for this small gesture cannot be measured in words! Happy Holidays! The Martin Family

I am currently suffering from a fractured hip and I also have arthritis in my back, John customized our visit and bed around what would be most comfortable for my needs! I truly appreciated the time he took and the detail, he was not just trying to sell us any bed, he made sure it fit our needs! He was also very knowledgeable about chronic pain and the importance of sleeping on a great mattress! Thanks John!!! We will definitely be back!

Honestly the best mattress buying experience!! He is more then just a guy that owns a mattress shop. He actually gets to know you and he lets his customers in on his life. He told us all about why he started the business. Nothing was about him it was about people being able to afford a mattress to sleep on. He showed us all the mattresses he offers. He has tons of knowledge on mattresses. And his prices are so reasonable. He is the nicest guy with the best mattresses. So worth it!! Thank you!

I had been shopping around for a new matress for awhile and someone recommended I go give John a visit and I'm so glad I did. By far the best mattresses shopping experience I've had and very reasonable prices on quality product. I highly recommend making an appointment with him before you purchase from anyone else.
