“I was very impressed during our consultation with Dr. O'Neil and his vet techs. Dr. O'Neill took a lot of time examining our dog and answering all of our questions. Both Dr. O'Neil and the two vet techs called us multiple times during the dental procedure to update us on the progress and get our input as to how we wanted to proceed. A stray 4-5 week old sick kitten wandered in my yard & after calling other local vets who could only see us in a week, Bethel Animal Clinic scheduled an appointment for the same day. We were seen immediately with no waiting room time upon our arrival & were given a full hour of care, with numerous follow-up phone calls from the vet to check on the kittens progress. Straight forward explanation of treatment and generously answered all my questions and prepared me for the worst case scenario. The kitten most likely wouldn't have survived had I waited for the other vets to see us.”

“Dr. Claxton is amazing! She obviously loves her job and the animals and showed sincere concern for our dog. She is knowledgeable and capable and I know my pup is in good hands in her care.
