We have been using Bill's garage for years and years. They handle everything from oil changes and tire rotations, alignments, to transmission issues and suspension problems, clear down to the tiniest nut, bolt, and fastener that you might want replaced. We had a battery die in one of our vans and the automatic window function needed programmed. We stopped quick just to explain the issue, and before I even finished explaining it to Pat, he had it working again and didn't even charge me for it. Time is money, he took this out of his pocket and stopped what he was doing to help me with the smallest annoying request.

We have been to other shops in bigger areas, Bill's Garage beats their prices by a landslide. Try going to a big name dealership in Altoona once! It'll open your eyes very quickly.

Bill's Garage also keeps records that date decades back on your vehicles. We bought a 1996 pickup truck from someone that always used Bill's. Since that person was a Bill's client, they were able to transfer the records over for us to continue the long standing service history on. How awesome!

Now, we are all human. There have been a few mistakes made periodically. But any mistake that has ever happened, Pat and his crew do everything in their power to correct the issue 110%, quickly, and correctly. We had a suspension component replaced under my request, and due to a misunderstanding, they replaced the wrong side. We worked out the issue and we decided to replace both and actually found other issues that we were glad to correct.

If you base your decision on a first glance, or a cheap-shot review, you're probably not looking at everything you should be when choosing a shop. Some of these reviews are not based on factual information.... If someone was unhappy with them, they probably need to evaluate their own life first. This is an extremely reasonable and genuine place to do business. They even offer Christmas cookies and key chains if you need to wait. We have one on every set of keys we own, even our tractor keys!

Simple fact, we have 10 vehicles on the road, Bill's garage handles every single one. We drive past 4 other garages to get to them. Pat, Jen, Bill, Georgia, Misti, Kim, Robert, and Craig all place an important role and build extreme value in this shop.
