“Excellent post office branch. The supervisor and postmaster are both extremely polite and exhibit great customer service. Everything is explained with packaging and deliveries along with any other things offered. It’s very neat and organized. Highly recommend coming to this branch!”

“This post office is the most friendly post office I have come across. The service is wonderful and any problem I have I call and resolve it quickly. I have seen an employee help a customer in a wheelchair, took her packages in (because she couldn't enter due to the stairs and no handicap accessible ramps), he came out with her receipt and she thanked him for being so kind to her. I've never had any issues so the negative comments makes me very confused. Keep up the hard work @ USPS Philipsburg!! ?”
