This is the worst CVS in the tri state area. There are constantly issues with The pharmacy and getting prescriptions on time. The general store is always lacking the item you go there for. I’ll just drive to Brookhaven.

Pharmacist Song You was so very helpful and kind today as I had problems under my COBRA insurance after being laid off. He took the time to explain and do many calls to try to figure out what was happening with my insurance. Unfortunately, under COBRA plan, I had similar problems - was not CVS fault and that pharmacist was such a great help, kind, caring helping me to figure out problems many months ago as was today without insurance I thought I had - trying to give me any discounts.
Most caring staff to do the right thing, help people and I will not go anywhere but CVS Woodlyn.

I didn't realize until I moved and switched CVS's how good this CVS was. They would call the doctor if there were any question about scripts, such as if more were supposed to be called in and only one was received at the CVS, etc They are always nice and helpful.

They are awful rude i have medication i have to take they wouldn’t fill it didnt tell me and said i had have my dr called i went with out ky medication for almost 9 days due to being so sick n going in hospital had missed work other dr appointments and then when i called its cause they filled wrong meds in the first place medication i was supposed to he off its awful they are the worst im

The customer service here is horrible. The pharmacist doesnt know what he is talking about half the time. They also close before 10 when they’re supposed to close. I came to the door at 9:45 for 1 thing and the door was locked and they walked past me like i wasnt there.

seems the more customer friendly employees are either quitting or being moved to some other cvs pharmacy, i mean it was bad when i got my covid vaccine when they first came out but it managed to get worse.

Worst pharmacy ever !!! The staff sucks It’s never a time where I went an got my meds without it being a problem . It’s ALWAYS A PROBLEM at this location . I’d advice the staff to quit if they don’t like their job . What’s the point of a drive thru if you have to go in .

I wanted to complete the survey for the pharmacist's assistant, KELLY, but the information was not on my receipt (not her fault). Kelly is the best! She is helpful, conscientious, empathetic, and personable. She is a delight! She definitely gets 5 stars here, and if the survey were out of 10, she'd get a 10 out of 10...she is and Song are the reasons I continue to use CVS.

The customer service at THIS pharmacy is atrocious. The PHARMACIST a man, picks the pharmacy phone up on my first call day 1 and does NOT say hello i then realize the phone was picked up and i have to say hello he makes some sort of a sound hmmm and i say yes i need to check on a prescription that was called in days ago i was not notified it was not in stock because they apparently do not notify customers anymore. He taps away on the keyboard saying nothing for about 3 mins. Then says check back after 2 and then hangs up. Unfortunately i was unable to contact the pharmacy at 2. I then call the next day, this is Day 2 and the phone call was exactly the same. Except he said it will be ready in an hour .. and yes he hung up after that as well. Quality right there. “Highly educated” pharmacist and thats how he picks up a god damn phone disgusting fire him. He should work in a mail order pharmacy he wont have to talk to customers.. SMH this is our world today.
