The Area outside the storage are always kept clean. The area itself is always well lit if you need to go in when it's dark

It was easy to set up the rental. It's close by and convenient, so I don't have far to go. Access is great.

I’m pretty new to storage first but the customer service is amazing. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions and made moving in very easy. I will refer Storage First to anyone I know. And the price is fantastic you won’t find anyone in this area cheaper.

Close to home. Relatively inexpensive but getting close to everyone else because of rates increasing every year since the buyout of the original owner of the facility. Would like to have 24 hour access as my schedule fluctuates and I can't always get in during allowed access hours.

Neat & clean storage facility ..... my first two key requirements from any storage facility. Company reps also very easy to work with & solve any issues I occasionally reach out to them with. If you need storage, can't go wrong with them. ?

Online says access 24 hours. I assumed I would have access to my unit 24 hours any time like the Linwood location but after I paid online without visiting the actual property when I pulled up to the gate you find out it's not 24 hours it's only open till 8pm. Wish it was specific online cause I specifically picked this location cause of the 24 hours access I sleep during day up all night I didnt pick Linwood cause they had no units available but this one did. Highly disappointed in the access hours. But location is good and sorta remote which is highly ideal and would have been amazing if I could access anytime because of my schedule. Very clean. Wish unit had electric so I could go through my inventory of items I stored that I sell. Id give 7 out of 10 if that was an option.
