Kristin in customer service was amazing and very helpful, the people at the outlet on Macdade, I think it was Mo and Latoya? they were so professional and has us in and out super fast with exactly what we wanted!! We will be going back here again! Raymour and Flanigan is where bobs discount furniture stories go to die.....by cheap buy twice. Do it right the first time and visit R&F!

Main man Cannon hooked us up with a king size mattress bed set with a headboard and storage for cheaper than what we ever thought and great payments on financing!! Will definitely be back for our living room set. Great clean friendly huge nel showrrom. Don't hesitate for deals

I really liked the salesman. Knowledgeable, easy to deal with but I just don't think the furniture is very good quality. For the amount of money they are asking I want it to last a very long time.

My husband had an accident, and I really needed to bring home a new recliner the same day. Charles was wonderful when I told him and he had everything taken care of for me to take the recliner home the same day. Charles was wonderful and I will be back for the rest of the set soon.

Huge showroom, sales person Charles was available when we had questions and was Very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t make a purchase that day due to lack of measurements on our part. Will be returning for sofa we liked.Highly recommend.Update: purchased our sofa from Charles Vandyke at the outlet after getting very comfortable on it again.The Hilston sofa was priced right and very comfortable for us. Hope it is as good at home as in the showroom.
