Salesman scammed me into a super expensive phone. I told him I didn't want to pay anything and just to upgrade my plan. He gave me a bunch of stuff I didn't ask for, told me it was %100 free, and I woke up this morning with $200 bill, and my phone shut off. The manager of the store was less than helpful and customer service was totally unresponsive. Run! Don't walk, to literally any other service provider.

TRASH CUSTOMER service it takes them hours to activate a phone for no reason ! The people in here don’t all know the same information! They all tell you different things on different days and then they try to make it seem like you’re the person who’s wrong. Their best solution is to tell you to call customer service ???♀️like what’s the point of even having y’all here if customer service has more answers . I don’t recommend T-Mobile in general but if you are gonna go to one don’t go to this one !!

Hi my mom had recently come into this store in T mobile to get help with her phone a few days ago. She was explaining to me how when she went in she had spoke to the guy she had believed to be the manager and he was simply no help with her. I had T mobile myself personally and I can say you guys are a great company just with a few bad apples. We cancelled the account so we will just go somewhere else instead I would say to be careful who you hire and if they truly care for the customer.

Excellent customer service I appreciate it the not sure if he was a manager and wish I remembered his name but he helped me change my phone plan from Xfinity to a T-Mobile customer finally yes I’m saying finally lol it’s been a while and let me know what deals ya had offer in the store and make sure I had apple care on my iPhone and even though was in their for an hour because of Xfinity I enjoyed the conversations and had us laughing and love that he mentioned the T-Mobile Tuesdays I have been waiting on and now I finally can join every Tuesday for the discount look out lol but I appreciate it so much and glad to be a T-mobile customer!!!!!

This is a third party store, and it should be shut down or at least get a change in management. They are absolutely no help. My phone Shut down on sunday. We put a warranty claim in and were supposed to pick up new phone on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and we are still not allowed to get the phone even though it’s sitting at this location. They will not release the phone until a manger is on duty which we were told they would be there today after we couldn’t get it Tuesday. They scheduled both their assistant manager and regular store manager off on both days.. they don’t care that a paying customer is with out a phone for going on 5 days. Seeing the rest of the reviews I wish I would have stayed far away !! To the manager you need to prioritize your schedule better and realize that taking on the roll of manager means you are always on call.. do better !! I would love to speak further with the GM because this is an absolutely horrendous policy. We’ll stick to the Springfield store and you should too!

Wonderful service. Ashley was amazing. It was wonderful to see somebody who knew their job and was able to multi task and efficiently help all parties without breaking a sweat. I was very impress. This is the first T- Mobile I went in and didn't have to wait long time to be acknowledge or waited on. Everything I wanted done was done in less than 45 minutes questions and service. I am soooo satisfied.

Ashley is the definition of a super woman. I come in to get a new phone, she was already helping customers at the time but I was greeted with a smile and she still helped all of us at the same time. Great job keep up the good work

Terrible customer service. They told me that they could not accept my turn in since I bought my new phone online. However, after calling 611 and another T-Mobile store, they said they could do this and had no issue doing it.It seems this store did not want to do the work. I would give a 0/5 if I could
