“We were looking for a CD cleaner. We asked a young man working in the audio department if he knew where they would be. We knew by the look on his face that he did not know what we were looking for. We sometimes forget that the young employees of today grew up with cell phones and other outlets for music. Lol. We should have asked for Navigation and DVD disc cleaner. The employee did search areas of the store for us but the store did not have the item we were looking for. The young man who tried to help us gave us a great customer service experience with this location.”

“Good team good items I went in to rent a temporary laptop while my desktop was being repaired and the process was smooth and simple ... not drawn out like back in the day when you had to pull out your moms social and have a arm length list of references. It went really well. the Team and manager was very patient and thorough went over the terms in detail whole process took about 30 -40 mins from in the door and out”
“I had a watch delivered me and had problems getting it set up. After being on the phone for almost 2hrs total after 2 phone calls to customer service. Then being told I was going to need to send the new watch back to T-Mobile in order to get a replacement one. I went to the T-Mobile Experience in the King of Prussia mall Albi the manager and Jenn the associate were able to help me with my problem and I didn't have to send the watch back. I walked out with a fully functional watch for my son to use. Thank you Albi and Jenn, I was not expecting walk out with a phone.”

They are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful group of staff members I've ever witnessed in any 7-eleven... And I've been to a lot! They always have conversations with you even if it's just short and sweet, but they never fail to make you feel valued as a customer. And the manager (I believe he is the manager) is such a sweet man who knows how to run a successful business with outstanding employees including himself. Couldn't ask for better customer service. You rock 7-eleven in Lansdale, PA - thank you for standing out from the crowd!”

“Idk about the buyers, but the warehouse is pretty chill. People are nice (for the most part). The only downside is no earbuds, and you can’t operate the forklift if you have a medical card. Other than that, I think the pay you get for the work you’re doing is not bad at all.”
