I was informed it could be ready for pickup by end of the next business day. I received an email first thing the following morning telling me it was ready for pickup! At the end of the street (Christopher Lane), you have a u-turn so you can come back to the entrance and backup on your side.”
“Great service. Every employee said hi and asked if I needed help. Very friendly. I only came in to return an Amazon package for the first time, and the lady was so nice and so patient with me. I was handed a $10 coupon off of $30, so I started looking around and found a few things. The handsome gentleman saw me coming to the register and said if I was ready, he would help me, and I said yes. Great service, keep up the work.”

“I had to print out a 5 page form and received personable help from Alex who was working nearby. If it wasn't for Alex I would've been on Xanax or Zoloft that same afternoon! I'm not computer savvy, I'm a lost soul when it comes to that! I had gone to the UPS store, located in the same Plaza, and got NO HELP. NONE. Nobody was there, I was the only person needing help and the young lady was absolutely no help. GO TO STAPLES DO NOT GO TO UPS in this Plaza.”
