Jonathan was excellent with his customer service skills, he found me an amazing rate for my auto insurance at an age of 24. I was highly recommended by fellow peers and family members about Erie insurance. It's definitely a must when getting a good rate with your car insurance!

I had a wonderful experience with CRIA. I dealt with Jonathan on handling new home owners insurance and bundling it with a vehicle. He was highly knowledgeable and very helpful having to go back and forth with the mortgage company. Definitly recommend! Thank you!!

Doug is awesome! My property manager at shop added a 12.50 monthly fee for landlord liability insurance out of nowhere and I talked to Doug and he just added the property manager on as a certificate of insurance. It took all of 5 minutes! I love working with you guys!
