Seniors with Diabetes please stay away from this CVS. They are not trained enough to know the effects of high blood sugar or just don’t give a Damn.
They jerked me live and text wrong information to me , that could have serious health consequences for you .They told me my provider did not cover 90 day supplies , which was an untrue , telling me the dose instruction from my doctors where correct on on !
Finally I called my Health care advocate and told her the same untrue !
They only wanted to. give 50 day supply would have cost me double ! As it turns out the Pharmacist did not want to open a pack so I could have my 90 day!
This is an uncaring and unsympathetic group behind the windows , just done give a Damn uncaring staff from the head to the tail !
PLEASE GO Elsewhere You health care may be at risk !
Plus seniors don’t let them talk down to you like I observered while waiting in line for the wrong supply , Get what you are untitled to and stick to your guns
I wonder if these people mothers know what they do for a living !
I have connected their corporate offices this morning by the way I got my full 90 day supply this morning

CVS continues to play all kinds of games with pricing, coupons, and discounts. Online prices do not match in-store prices. Discounts applied sometimes void coupons, and on-line cash back offers cannot be used in-store on products they make you come to the store to purchase. They are slowly becoming the last option for any kind of vitamin, medical or personal care items!

Took my grandma there to get her prescription. The heat must not work, because it was freezing in there and it was so bad I had to take her back out into the car. But, when I went to get her prescription, I had to go get her from the car and bring her back to the counter so she could be present to receive the prescription.

I went into cvs today I always go there daily and it’s so cold in there the employees are freezing wearing jackets. They told me heater has been broken since thanksgiving and one set of the front doors is broken too. Why would a big company like that not make sure their customers and employees have a decent place to work. It’s unethical and not right.’Corperate fix their heater that’s crazy

Went in today to buy a bunch of stuff, it was freezing in this store, employee told me the heat has been broken for over 3 weeks. No wonder this location was empty. The poor employees. I don't know how they are working in that freezing store. Absolutely ridiculous. I will now go to a different location. Shame on cvs for not fixing the heat in almost a month

I always shop CVS! I Love my extra Bucks savings !! I was also happy when I walked into the Durham rd CVS and saw Emily ?? She was at your Oxford Valley rd store for many years!! She always has a smile on her face , and always has an ear to listen !! She should be recognized for that !! She is why people come back !!

My meds were ready 2 weeks earlier and they never notified me. Getting the tech to give me any info was like extracting the truth from a republican. Will NEVER go back. So unfriendly and bordering hostile.

This review is for CVS pharmacy management. There was no salt on the drive thru. I haven’t faced this issue to any other plaza. My car slipped on the drive thru!

The only thing this Durham Rd CVS has going for it is that Bridge St CVS is sooo much worse. I used the drive through and asked the tall young obnoxious Pharmacist to grab me a jar of vitamins off the shelf (had my child in the car on a cold evening in a rush to get scripts and cranberry vitamins home to a sick family member… some of you may know why that’s important). He refused to help and when I asked why he wouldn’t grab them 10-ft away, he said they don’t when they are too busy. After driving away from the window and seeing only 2 cars in the lot, I went inside to find 4 or more CVS employees in the store, none looking too busy and no waiting customers. I made sure to bring the vitamins to his counter where he pretended not to recognize me. I don’t know how CVS stays in business with the poor trend in industry service, and I long for the 1970’s when a real pharmacist would bend over backwards to do anything to help his/her regulars. Nowadays they don’t even know what a regular is. Sad, CVS you should be ashamed.
