Just moved into a home with a new install and the people who flipped it messed with the wiring for my pump jason came out that day educated me on my entire system how to take care of it and fixed my pump wiring issue and showed me all around my sand mound were my cleanouts are explained to keep seeding my mound take care of it really a stand up guy for taken the time late afternoon to help me and my family out #bluestar

I had a pump failure which led to all 3 of my tanks to be FULL. I called blue star and they came out the same morning and pumped me out, ultimate life saver. The gentleman that came to pump me out was above and beyond helpful and educated me in my septic system as im new to all this, even Brian who answered the phone was willing to come out the same day and help me if needed. I will without a doubt be using this company from here on out as they have won my business and anyone I know if I can help it :)

I contacted five local businesses that elicited 24 hour service, however I only found one to address my needs. I believe his name was Tyler, he walked me through how to fix my septic issue while we were on the phone. He was super patient and very helpful. He saved me an expensive service call, which he was not obligated to do. He walked me though a few steps that allowed me to fix my clog septic myself while educating me through the guided process. Everyone I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I highly recommend Blue Star Septic to receive five GOLD stars! Thank you for your help!! Good assertive business sense with a hand shake and a call me if you need anything “attitude”... hard to find now a days!

Jason and his team did an excellent job replacing my old septic system that was failing and starting to give us some major problems.This company was very patient and attentive in addressing all of my concerns and questions about the installation process. They also were quick to respond to fix my old system long enough to get us through until our new system was installed.

1-The sent me an inaccurate report2-They charged for incomplete services3-Extremely difficult to get answers out ofI got a false report from them, whether it was sent pre-maturely or from lack of knowledge, I wouldn't know. They gave me a report that said my tank had a leak, but then said they would verify that leak but they never did. I called a week later for an update on that leak and they told me there was no leak. But then refused to send me an updated report. So, what is it? Is my tank leaking or not?Another concern with this company is that they charged me for a hydraulic load test but never performed the test. It was an additional $300 and they said they would not refund me because they had to make multiple trips to the property and those additional trips balance out the cost difference. I didn't make them run multiple trips, they did that all on their own for their own reason, so how is that fair for me?I am trying to close on a home and they just keep playing phone tag with each other. I call Jen and she tells me to talk to Jason. I call Jason and he tells me to talk to Jen- none stop. It is completely unorganized.Overall, I need another inspection done because of this run-around they put me through and the lack of accuracy on their report. I spent $600 and honestly have no idea if anything is wrong, or if everything is wrong. This next inspection will not be done through Blue Star at all. I am completely doubting their ability to do anything at this point.

Excellent customer service. Excellent rates. The owner who responded to my home even gave me recommendations to help save me money. Highly recommend
