I stopped in on February 16 2024 looking for a couch around 4:30 and I asked if they could deliver it the same night and at first they weren't sure if they could so they called the delivery drivers and asked if they could deliver it and they didnt hesitate to say yes. “This store was amazing. I had many stereo pieces from my time in the Navy in the 70's. I didn't have room to set it up in my house, so it sat around collecting dust for years. I discovered the Turntable Store while I was working in Lancaster. I loaded everything up and took it to Max to see if he could sell it for me. He was excited about the equipment, and helped me haul it into the store after a big snow storm. We went through each item, looking them up on eBay to find comparable sale prices, and agreed on the terms for the consignment.I was able to get almost $1,400 for the equipment, and am very happy with the service received from Max.I love the store because it reminds me so much of my younger days when the stereo was my most prized possession. I'm glad that the equipment ended up with people who could also enjoy it.I highly recommend the Turntable Store, and the owner, Max.”
