Whatever you do, do not order a grilled chicken sandwich because you won't get one piece of chicken you will get severa small onesl that all fall out when you pick it up leaving you with a big mess. Especially if you've ordered mayonnaise and tomatoes with it.

The woman working the night shift laughed not once but three times in my autistic husband’s face when he was having hard time understanding her refusal to ring us up at a register that actually worked . Absolutely disgusting and we will be making a call to push the issue. I don’t think the ADA will take too kindly to a business who allows employees to make fun of people with disabilities . She also made us leave and told us if we wanted to spend the money we had to go to the ATM and take it out to spend in case . Absolutely not. Horrible customer service with a horrible employee .

The best fried chicken I have had so far! It's crispy, but juicey no way over cooked. I don't think the store it's self has much variety with items as far as snacks and drinks go. You definitely have a selection on the alcoholic beverages tho.

Boycott Royal FarmsI pumped gas yesterday for only $5.88I drive off and I got no gasDrive back to tell them and girl tells me to come back in the morningI come back and the manager on duty tells me“We can’t do nothing about that”So bc their pump was not working they give me no gas and I still pay for airThen manager goes into his wallet and pays me 5$ bc the Royal Farms will notI did not take the managers personal moneyF Royal Farms as a businessI went there all the time and now you lost me and future customers for your selfish greedy waysRutter's you are now my new gas station ⛽️

Everytime I get chicken here I say it'll be the last and tonight will definitely be the last. Got a thigh and leg which both were very pink, wet, soft and rubbery extremely non edible. I was so disappointed because I was hungry and had to load up on the Texas fries to be satisfied. Hate to be so negative . The people beside me both had chicken sandwiches and asked for extra pickles but they only got one and tiny slice of tomato. I didn't feel like complaining because the employees were nice and it wasn't any fault of theirs and if they offered a replacement it would have been just a bad. Oh well .
