I purchased my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from Jon and his team and they did an amazing job taking care of me. Alex, their mobile service tech came out to my house, synced, and provided me a second key for my vehicle. These guys are professionals and I’m happy I got the opportunity to buy from them.

We have gotten multiple cars from this establishment and have not had many issues. Unfortunately we had just gotten a new Chrysler Pacifica maybe about a month ago and I cannot say I am too happy. When we went to look at/get the car, it was a mess inside. It definitely looked like someone had gotten in overnight and left all their trash from the meal they ate in it and it seemed this person tried to put the seat down and ripped up the carpet in the trunk space. The sales representative we dealt with was very nice and polite but against my better judgement we ended up getting the van anyway because I am pregnant and we needed a more practical vehicle then what we had and that was in our budget. They did a nice cleaning of it that day and we were told to bring the van back and they would do a more detailed cleaning and fix the ripped up carpet in the trunk. We took the van on our scheduled date for the detailing and were told the carpet had to be ordered and had to come back to fix that. So turn to what is now our visit to replace the carpet and they broke the plastic piece that holds it down and of course another plastic piece had to be ordered. Supposed to come tomorrow but it is snowing so who knows. What upsets me is when my husband was told about the price that had been broken, it was explained in a way that made it seem like it happened naturally but when questioned about it, it was actually broken during the process of replacing the carpet.

STAY AWAY! I THOUGHT BAIT AND SWITCH WAS A THING OF THE PAST, NOT HERE!For context, I have owned 11 Jeep Wranglers and dealt with numerous dealers and this by far is the worst. On December 21st, I made a deal with the manager at the dealer, Jake. He asked that I put down a $1,000 deposit to hold the Jeep. I said sure. Jake told me their normal policy was to hold a vehicle for 2 days. I explained that I was 4 hours away, it was the holiday weekend and I couldn’t get a check from my credit union that fast. He texted back, no problem we can hold it until the next Saturday, the 30th.For some reason, Jake returned my deposit on the 23rd but said we are still good to go on the 30th. I have text messages for all of this.Fast forward to the 28th, at this post I got a check from the credit union for the exact amount of the price that was agreed upon, I texted Jake to make sure everything was good to go for Saturday because I had the long drive. He did not respond. I went ahead and called and talked to a lady named Diane, I believe, who insinuated that Jake was no longer employed there but said the deal was good and she would help me Saturday morning.Thursday night at 6:58pm, 2 minutes before the dealership closed, I received a phone call from the dealership principal, Damian, he notified me that Jake was no longer an employee of the dealership. He then told me he was no longer going to honor the deal that was made. He said if you want to buy the Jeep it would be $2,800 more and I will email the offer shortly and hung up.The next day Friday, he told me he would have honored the original price if I would have stuck to the deposit procedure. I explained that I did just that and Jake gave me the extra time and I even sent him the texts showing that Jake said that. Well, good old Damian reneged again and disregarded the text proof that I abided by his deposit procedure! You don’t really want to do business with someone like this, especially the owner! So I suggest you do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, like I did!P.S. You will be sure to see a response from the dealership below, with a bunch of excuses. The bottom line is honor the deal that was made and learn to hire better management!

Absolutely love coming here. I have followed the service manager throughout the years because his customer service is unparalleled. Just got my state inspection and it was super convenient. Had a complementary loaner vehicle that I was able to keep going about my day while they took great care of my Ram. Will always come here can’t recommend highly enough.

I had an emergency issue with a broken window applique on my Dodge Caravan and I went to Susquehanna to try and get it repaired. I was met and helped by very friendly and helpful staff from the receptionist( I forget her name, a young blond haired woman) in service, to Joel the Mobile service advisor, to Aaron Zolko, the Service manager. Everyone was great and Aaron really went above and beyond to find a part so that my van could be all fixed. He was absolutely awesome!!! I am so glad I went there and I will definitely return if I have needs. Susquehanna Dodge lives up to all the good things I've heard about it.

I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership in September of 2023. The customer service was terrible with sales people not having basic vehicle knowledge and miscommunication of information to and with management. I decided to purchase the vehicle anyway as it was what I wanted. The experience became worse when now dealing with management (Jake) in fixing the repairs. After many back and forth messages and hours of time, they took my vehicle back to make the repairs. After returning the vehicle to me, they put cheap touch up paint on paints chips and never fixed the dents. The one wheel had a gouge in it and it was sanded and touched up instead of being replaced. To put icing on the cake, there were 4 bolts missing on rear bumper. After I had to call Jake (manager) back to confront him, he said this is all he could do and I would have find another dealership to get the 4 bolts and talk to the general manager (John). Jake was also incredibly condescending to me on the phone and interestingly enough when I called he didn’t initially answer the call but go “here we go” (I’m sure he thought he had done it prior to answering). The driver (Richard) was standing next to me the whole time during this phone exchange. I reached out to the GM with no call back as of yet. You need to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle and do your service work. Putting this dealership out of business would be a service to the community.

Greg Kohr was amazing! He answered all of our questions no matter how big or small. He worked with us to find the right fit for our budget and style of vehicle.Michael Colen was very helpful with the paperwork and made the process fun. Let's be honest paperwork is not the fun part of buying a new car. But, he made it fun.

Well, it has been around 7-8 months since I purchased a vehicle from these guys, and figured now would be a time to write this after I had some time to cool off and all. Maybe if you’re purchasing brand new right off the lot they would be spectacular because they sure do love money. I would however stray away if you see a “good” deal on a car that isnt a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram lol. This was my first time going out and buying a car for myself so I was hesitant but trusted that buying from a dealership would be my best option and go from there. The sales people here in MY experience are great. Greg P. fantastic, the guy that does the finances and warranties, couldnt tell you his name because its been a while but a thick New York accent also fantastic person and truly cares about every customer. Good luck getting ahold of the owner and good luck understanding him. He seems kinda like that owner that owns the place but is always chilling at a country club not really knowing whats going on, but who knows maybe hes great. He’ll probably reply to this based off of every other bad comment hah which should tell you something in itself trying to be defensive and deflect their mistakes on the customer base but oh well take it with a grain of salt. I purchased a 2016 Honda Fit in January of 2023 with 133k miles for 12999 something like that? I was in a hurry to find something as my trade in was out of inspection xyz you know how it goes. Then by March it needs a new transmission hm okay I purchased a warranty so hopefully it covers it. It did just had my deductible.. cool. Then I get it back and the dash has new warning lights. Imagine that, the transmission shot out of the blue no warning lights at all then comes back with extra. I declined for them to do it because I didnt really want anything to do with them at this point but then had it back for maybe 2 weeks? around beginning of April comes and a louddddd squeaking is coming from the brakes and grinding that you can feel in the pedal which is also odd huh Susquehanna? I do remember getting the service records when I purchased the vehicle and said the brakes were great and everything checked out. Quote me for new rotors and pads 2ish months after purchasing a vehicle. Took me having to waste my time showing up to talk to service manager because nothing is getting resolved playing phone tag and him giving me a very basic 1st grade level answer and a poorly drawn diagram on the back of my service contract of how the brake system works in my car (I have changed brakes and rotors before so idk why he felt the need to explain but oh well he thinks he is in power here so keep it pushing) which I wouldnt be surprised if thats actually all he knows about it but its a honda car so ig I dont expect much out of him in that aspect. Then you know they made it right ? They did it for free would you ever guess that. In the first place it should have been handled then you quote me over 1000 for regular wear and tear but that wouldnt be right would it after two months. My car is back in the shop now at ciocca honda because the timing belt snapped (understandable at 140k miles). Brakes still are as loud and squeally as when I gave it to the dealership and they “fixed” it.

Never satisfied with any dodge dealership. I have a company vehicle I take in for oil changes and I’ve waited over 2 hours before. Figure on waiting at least an hour for anything you might need. Mechanics Must be on their phones too much or just slow as molasses. Never bringing any vehicle back here

I really love their service, their prices, and the fact that they pick your vehicle up from your work to service it. I was a little disappointed today when I went in for their Express Lane service for an oil change. They advertise that this service is available from 7:30 am to 6 pm daily. I arrived at 10 am and they said that the service was not available today because the Express Lane service techs were pulled for an over abundance of scheduled appointments. They should not promote it as something that you can depend on. They need to have a disclaimer that Express Lane is not always available and that customers should call ahead to see if the service is available.

Now you see it -- Now you dont !!! I was searching online for a new Jeep Wrangler or Gladiator and had researched a few of the local Jeep dealerships to also find the best trade in value as well for my trade in. I did find the Jeep Wrangler I was interested in but couldnt negotiate a price with Susquehanna CDJR for my trade but I was able to sell my car elsewhere and decided to purchase the a Wrangler Willys from Susquehanna. I had originally looked at a used Jeep Wrangler at Susquehanna but the bad condition of the wheel and tires made me look at a new one. I had explained to the sales rep Riley that "I dont drive a vehicle that has crappy looking tires or rims". I had chosen a new 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willys 2 door and the day I picked it up there were a few scratches on the hood and Riley took it back to see if they could get them out... I was not taking home a vehicle that had scratches on it... After it came back out after about 30 minutes--- I was making sure that the scratches were gone and Riley and another salesman were wiping down the tires and rims. It was a bright sunny day and although I did inspect the tires and rims to ensure they were not damaged or scratch it wasnt until a little while after I picked up the Jeep that I noticed some strange blue dotted series of numbers on 3 out of the 5 tires (including spare on back). The numbers were dotted and nothing I had ever seen on a tires. (see photos included). These were only noticed after the glossy spray that the dealership used to shine up the tires had worn off and I had not noticed them when I first inspected the Jeep at pick up.I brought the Jeep back to the dealership and Riley happened to be working that day and I brought him outside to show him the imperfections on the tires and asked him what was the numbers on the tire all about. He seemed to not know why there were numbers all along the outside of the tires along with the spare tire having some of the rubber dulled out by what seemed a rubbing or scraping to get some sort of sticker or something peeled off of it but it was also not noticed until the wheel gloss shine was now had disappated. Riley called his floor manager John out to take a look and they brought my Jeep back to see if they could get the blue dotted numbers off my tires. After about an hour Riley brought my Jeep out and stated they did the best they could but they couldnt get all the blue off of one of the tires and that he had no explanation of what the spare damaged was with the rubbed off rubber dulling area. Riley stated to me that he had never seen the blue dotted numbers on tires before and it must be something from FIRESTONE. I was not happy with the outcome as John stated there is nothing else they can do to make me happy and I questioned the fact that someone there who had conditioned the Jeep prior to pick HAD to notice the blue dotted numbers along with the scraped dulling portion on the spare. Riley also told me that John stated he could and would no nothing else as they are tires and there is nothing wrong with them.. He was correct there was nothing wrong with them to drive on but they were not cosmetically perfect and I feel because I am over 65 years old and a woman I was not treated fairly and deserved to have tires in a cosmetically new condition after paying what I did for the Jeep and not hidden by tire shine. While I was waiting now for the almost 2 hours for them to do what they had to I walked outside and looked at the other Jeeps on the lot and surprising to me some of the tires on the Jeep had the same blue dotted numbers on them. I took a few pictures for reference and decided to called Jeep Customer Service and filed a complaint. Long story short -- dealership did a great job masking the tire issues but I am still driving a new Jeep with crappy looking NEW tires due to what I feel was deceptive actions from the staff at the dealership. Photos below show the tires on my Jeep along with another new Jeep that had the blue number markings on them as well

Disappointed in how unfriendly the customer service has become. The prices for service continue to go up, yet the quality of customer care continues to go down. No apologies for misstatements or misunderstandings...just blank looks waiting for payment.

Brought my 2014 Ram 1500 here for an oil change 5/5/23. Asked them to take a peek at the visible brake pads (original) as they were squeaking. Sure Mr Neumann! Truck has 112k. Literally in the shop 30 mins. Oil overfilled. They say the brakes are making noise, make an appt. Then they put on my recommended service to refill the def (for diesel). My truck is a Hemi (gas). They dumped the oil and put too much back in, that's it. For a grand total of $80. Better pray they don't send out surveys for oil changes.. Fwiw, brought it to Mavis Discount Tire and they looked at the brakes for me at no cost.
