Paid the guy over $100 for a bike tune up and all he did was spray wd-40 on it .
Went to another bike shop and the guy told me I had been ripped off . The bike was still dirty and gunky .

These guys are good. They tuned up my bike and had it done in a few days ahead of schedule. Excellent customer service and you can actually talk to these guys about your bike. Their tuneup checklist and report covers everything on the bike and then some. Thank you so much, Andy and Jason. My 2019 Liv Thrive CoMax 1 Disk rides like it’s brand new.

Huge shout-out to The Cycle Works! Coming in for some cycling in the area, my front hydraulic brake would no longer hold fluid. Despite their usual workload they were able to turn the repair around in twenty-four hours and even stayed open a little later than usual so I could pick it up as soon as it was done. Can't say thank you enough.

Dropped a wheel off to have a spoke replaced and have the wheel trued up. Turn around time was super fast and the price was great, thanks!

I called last week asking about 16 inch BMX bikes for my son, he told me he'd have more on Wednesday, so it's Wednesday I call in to check and see if the BMX bikes were in and he then tells me well they aren't actually BMX bikes. Totally lied to me on the phone when I called in the first time. Absolutely incompetent. I'd give him zero stars if possible.

Love coming here they always treat me well and answer any questions I may have. I own a cheaper bike that I wish to upgrade and make my own and there isn't another shop I'd rather go too then theirs. The customer service is great even in busy season they get the work done fast and as it should be. 10/10

I love this place. Jason does excellent work and is is very reasonable with his prices. I have four bikes and love riding. He maintains them for me and is extremely knowledgeable. There is a great selection of new bikes and bike parts. I take all of his advice and he has never steered me in the wrong direction.

Best bike shop I've been to in a long time. Super knowledgeable and easy going combined with excellent customer service. Fixed up 2 bikes for me for a great price. Wish i found this place sooner! This will be my shop from now on.

They are great. I just wish they were still taking back and selling their bikes used for kids. Tuff to buy a £300 bike when you only have it for a couple of years!

This is my "go-to" bike shop for all of my biking needs. I have all of my bikes maintained here and I have worked with Andy on bike setup and bike fittings when I need a tweak. Since they are a locally owned shop I have gotten to know Jason and Andy and not only are they excellent at what they do they are great to work with. When people ask what bike shop I would recommend, I never hesitate when I recommend them! This is where HTC goes when we need anything!
