I've been with this Bank since I started banking as a teenager. It tried to change its name a few times and I was happy to vote for it to stay. It went from peoples State Bank to psbank but that's not as bad as completely switching to another branch.

September 2017 I had a dispute with PayPal. My PS account was Incorrectly overdrafted 7 times For a total of -$210. I was informed by PayPal That It's customary for PayPal to write a letter to the banking facility explaining the error and the bank usually waves the overdraft fees. The Sayre bank manager informed me that he did not care how the charges occurred someone was paying the NSF fees He said he never received a PayPal email. I emailed a copy of the PayPal letter stating it was PayPal's error. I have contacted The Sayre bank manager many times only to receive his voicemail none of my calls have been returned none of my emails have been returned. November 16th my husband managed to get ahold of the Wyalusing branch bank manager. She informed my husband that she would contact him after looking into this. We might not like the answer but she personally would get ahold of him. It is now November 17th and yet again today I've tried calling The Wyalusing andSayre bank and the branch managers aresurprisingly unavailable again. We were told that there's a proper way to go about this and we needed to fill out the paperwork. We informed the woman that we started this process back in September. Surprise surprise we were told that guess what they would get back to us haha as of this date no one has contacted us in any way other than if we do not get this straightened out and taken care of they're going to turn us into court

Very disappointed in this bank I have held an account with them for years. Saturday afternoon during a system upgrade I was not able to use my debit card anywhere even tho I had money in my account. As the mother of an infant I am just thankful I didn't need any money for an emergency. The complete disregard of your customers on a saturday afternoon non the less has disgusted me to the point that I will be closing my accounts and moving my banking somewhere new!
