I do not recommend going to this location. Me and my family have been going to this place for years but some of the people that work there now are rude and not very helpful. I had to go to go there twice once this week and once last week to have a contact try-on class. I had two different women instruct me, the first one she was a little help, but she was mainly scrolling on her phone, and I ended up not being able to get the contacts in. Then this appointment I had a different woman she was worse then the first one because at least the first one gave me some tips, but this one she did not help me at all, she was just scrolling on her phone the whole time. From the moment I sat down she was annoyed like she was over it. She was also very annoyed that my mom was there but I brought my mom there so she could guide me because she wears contacts herself. I was very annoyed, I was able to get one contact in but wasn’t able to take it out. So the doctor had to take it out, she was nice but she was so quick to kick me out when she was done. I just do not like this place anymore, I suggest going to the one in Abington because the people there were so nice and helpful. Do not come to location if you want contacts because some of the people there are not helpful.

Dr Sippel was great; America’s “best” is sloppy, inconsiderate, stupid…. Employees don’t pay attention to customers; made error with my prescription & wanted me to return to store to fix it. I would NOT recommend AB. Desk person could not explain my bill, too busy talking to other employee… CussSomeMore “Service” on phone is even worse. I will NOT return .

A busy Saturday and short staffed: someone was sick and had to go home. Both JESSICA JONES and JILL were extra busy … but still very helpful and patient! They made us comfortable waiting, knew how to help each customer … while working very hard because it was just two of them with LOTS of customers: very cool and able gals … who deserve a raise !!! I’m a returning customer … because of these two professionals :)

I love this practice due to great courtesy and respect from Jill, Jay and Andy. I adore the professionalism, knowledge and care from Dr. Pecco who alleviated my blurred vision and restored my vision to normal.Thank you for their help and care.

My appointment was this past Saturday at 10:20 am. I walked in and was greeted by Jess and Jill. They were really sweet & fast while still providing great service. I looked at one section of frames before I was called back for the first part of the exam. The eye doctor was amazing, she had great conversation. The gentleman who did the first part was quick as well. Now Lexi, big Lex!! She was amazing. She broke down the price on the receipt, explained the different lenses they offer and she explained in detail what my script said/meant. I was in my car and driving home by 11:04 am. Great service, great staff, loved the selection & I had more to choose from here than other places I’ve been in the past.

Jill was an awesome representative who was extremely knowledgeable about America’s Best glasses and products. She is professional, thorough, and patient with her clients. I enjoyed my visit with her because is energetic, very nice with a great sense of humor. She made my experience great because her confidence in the products made me feel less anxious about my eyeglass choices

I went to purchase glasses for my daughter earlier in the year they were very pleasant and helpful but calling them months later for a new pair sharon has theee best customer service. She was very nice and explained their policy very well to me when other stores didn’t have the time to discuss with meSharon you rock friend

Ridiculously rude. I called and said I would be 10 minutes late, I walked in exactly 10 minutes late and there was a person in front of me and when I got up to the counter she said she already canceled my appointment. Wouldn’t even check to see if the doctor would see me. I work in the medical field as a front desk receptionist so I know how it is. Will never come to this location again and I would advise you do the same

I appreciate Dr Alicia Pecco's excellent skill, care and empathy, saving my eyesight with my eyes' problems. I appreciate Miss Jill to take care of me when I come to the store. Upon picking up my glasses I thought as per protocol they would be fitted for my comfort.. instead my specs were placed in a bag and I was informed to wear them for a week and bring them back if there was a vision problem.. seriously??? . today I’m taking them back … NEVER EVER AGAIN moving forward I will return to The Eye Institute !!!!!!
