Dropped my kids off at camp at 850a next door and one of them was having a hard time separating so I left a little later than I had planned. When I came out and got in my car at 920a, the owner presumably of this establishment came out and banged on my window to tell me that they pay for those parking spots between 9 am and 10am and that I couldnt park there. I apologized and said sure, no problem and then she removed a nasty gram from my window that she had apparently put there and I had not noticed and commented that she guessed I would no longer need that. I commented that she was being incredibly unfriendly as she turned her back on me and walked away. She then walked in to the door but came back out and stood outside at the door until I moved my car with her arms crossed. Ironic attitude and approach for a yoga and healing establishment. Even more ironic because when she banged on my window and I hadn't realized how late it was, I was actually looking up the yoga schedule to see if I could join a class today! While I understand that the parking spaces are reserved, I had not intended to be there past 9am but one of my kids was having a hard time. All she had to do was be pleasant since I had already planned not to park there again in case it happened again. I also understand that maybe this happens all of the time to them, BUT I have never parked there before as this was the first day of camp. Too bad she could not manage to just be civil. It reflects very poorly on the studio and is not what I would expect from this community.

I am definitely going back! I learned so much within an hour and half of practice. Do you know what is cat in your lower back and cobra in your upper back?

I may be biased, but I can never get enough of this yoga studio!! Bridget is the owner and best instructor I know. she's created a warm and inviting atmosphere for all levels to find their own Asana/pose. They just recently opened a wellness center and I can't wait to explore more opportunities with them...

I feel truly lucky to have stumbled upon this studio. Bridget is a beautiful spirit who has so much to share with the world. Each class leaves me inspired and rejuvenated. The focus is not just on healing the body, but on nurturing the whole being. I can't thank you enough for sharing the depth and beauty of the yoga practice.

The space is sweet and inviting. The owner, Bridget, is well versed in the philosophy of yoga and she has a depth of knowledge in human anatomy and body alignment. I feel truly at home in this studio.

The first thing I noticed is how clean and neat the studio is. The staff are friendly and engaging. The instructor was helpful and kind. They made this 45 year old man feel comfortable. Afterward, I felt great. I will definitely be back.
