The young lady was very pleasant, and I just came in for a new screen protector. I also had a problem with my phone that I couldn't figure out, but she fixed it, and it was a productive end of my day.

I came from Verizon, which, for me, felt like transmogrified drug dealers pushing phones. Mad at that corporate philosophy, I figured why not AT&T? Could it be any worse?
In truth, Shanette, the store manager, was top on top of top. Low pressure, committed, knowledgeable and friendly, she was, and I couldn't have gotten better service if God had sent a personal messenger.

This store has no problem selling you stuff you don’t need but when it comes time for helping someone that’s not buying something , they want nothing to do with you. They tell everyone needing help that’s not buying something to go to the store down the street. Well if you going to keep sending me there and they actually do help at that store, I’ll give my business to them. This cedar brook store is trash. Go the one in Cheltenham mall instead.
