The shopping experience is normal. You can find plenty nice items here. On a level of 1-10 for cleanness, it’s a 5. Now the checkout process is disgraceful! The lines are always long. The cashiers literally take 10 minutes to check someone out, no matter how much stuff they have. They are extremely slow. They have no urgency or regards to their customers. So because of that, I will never come back to this place again. When I worked in retail, I never had a long line no matter the time of year.

Good afternoon Google Family. I decided to visit this location before I went to my Zumba class at LA Fitness. I need some short sets, lol, I need more clothes period, I have more fitness clothes than I have regular clothes. And plus its so hot, this summer, I have decided to wear nothing but short sets this entire summer. It is too hot for other clothes. My choices at the mall were Old Navy, Marshall's and Burlington. I flipped a coin and I decided to go to Burlington. I figured that Old Navy was too high for my purse and Marshall's I don't really like Marshall's items, though I have shopped there before. So I went into the Burlington and it was my very first time there. I have visited several other locations of Burlington. The one that I patronize the most was the one in Springfield, PA. When I went into the store, I asked the associate was there a fiitting room and the associate said yes. The associate said they were trying something new with the security. They had like a barrier in the front of the store, I guess like a deterrent to crime. Anyway I proceeded to gather some items and the security associate said I could take as many as 6 in the fitting room. And the rest I left in the shopping cart which was right outside the fitting room door. I tried on the outfits and they were so nice and they were inexpensive, just my speed. I hate spending money on clothes. But I needed clothes. I only have old shorts that I wear around the house and I needed some new ones to replace the old ones so that I will something to wear when I leave the gym. Not just leaving the gym, but when I go out to eat or just when I go out period. I found three tops and three bottoms that I liked. So then I tallied up the prices and away I went to purchase the items. The associate asked if I wanted the hangers and I said yes. I find that most of these retail places they do not let customers take the hangers and I simply do not understand why. They claim that they need them for inventory, but thats bull. They can afford to let some of the customers have the hangers. They do not need to keep all of them. I have been to several stores like Ross and the hangers just hang on the racks. Don't tell me, they need them all! I don't believe that. They are just skimpy with their hangers. I politely said yes to the hangers and thank you and the associate gave me my clothing. She said that they did not have any bags and if I wanted to purchase a bag that I had to pay for it. I opted not to pay for the bag since I have many bags in my car. Good day, Google Family and don't forget to work out!!! An update to this review is that today, on Saturday, July 6th, I wanted to purchase more short sets for the summer, since it is so incredibly hot!!! I asked the security associate about the hanger issue and if when I purchase something, may I have the hangers? He said no and I told him that the last time I was there, I asked and the associate that waited on me, gave me the hangers. He explained the store policy that they needed to keep the hangers for inventory. I said thank you and left without purchasing anything. I will never, ever, venture into another Burlington Coat Factory location again as long as I live on this earth. They lost a customer to Target. The Target location in Wayne. I asked and they said yes, I could keep the hangers. Good bye and Good Riddance Burlington!! The pictures are the clothes that I purchased at Target. Better quality, I paid more, but it was worth it!!!

I've been going to burlington coat factory since the first one opened in my hometown over decades ago.
I visited this place yesterday to see if I can get exchange or get store credit for the defected shoes but the manager had such an attitude..the cashier tried to help me but said she is the manager and I can't help you with it.she was very nice and at least she tried to help.If the manager hates her job that much she should quit!I will never go to that place again!

The HomeGoods department was not great, but I did find what I was looking for. I found a 14" carbon steel wok for $12.99!!!. Check out was fast and friendly. Parking was easy and safe in a well-lit parking lot. There was a nasty pile of trash outside the entrance ?. I will return for great bargains.
