I accidentally ordered 2 of the same pairs of shoes and wanted to exchange them. The employees don’t want to help at all and have attitudes. I tried on the red and black pair but realized I have those ones already so I asked to try on the yellow ones she made a face then never came back.

Went into Footlocker to buy a pair a sneakers my son wanted . My son asked for the sneakers of his choice and because of his size was told that he would need to get them online by your staff Chase. As my son walks away Chase begins to make jokes about my son's choice of sneakers not knowing i was with him and could hear Chase. Needless to say I won't be purchasing them online either after the disrespect of your staff Chase.He definitely needs training and to mature.

Haven't been here in a while...was greeted immediately upon walking in. Store was clean and neat...nothing was out of place. I wound up finding something that I liked. Asked an associate a couple questions who was very helpful and brought out my size. I tried on my kicks and hey fit perfectly. Next I went to checkout where the associate was just as pleasant. Will return again especially since I didn't think the sneaker I found would be in store but mainly because of the customer service. Glad I could keep the money innthe community. Will for sure be back soon!!!!!

Aja was extremely helpful! While the store didn't have what I needed, she was able to give me suggestions on the style shoe I needed and I found what I needed elsewhere. When I returned to say thanks she was on her break but took time out to see me. She was still pleasant and kind. I love a great customer experience! Kindness is rarely seen and its appreciated.

Not my first time visiting this location, but recent visit was very good. Staff greeted, assisted, and found items desired in a timely manner. They were well in stock with plenty of new items from Adidas, Nike, Champion, etc. They also had a good selection of on sale items from kids to adults. Both of my children were very happy with their selections and experience as well. Recommend for daily to more expensive purchases because they’ll more than likely have exactly what you’re looking for.
