If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my husband were told by Susan Harding to give her our documents for the 2021 tax year so that she could let us know if we owed a Berkheimer bill (they tried to charge us for a year that we didn’t live in the area). She told us she would get back to us and to not pay the bill yet because we probably didn’t owe it. Then she disappeared..we gave her our tax stuff, she took it and told us that SHE would call US back about if we owed the bill or not and we never heard from her again even after repeatedly badgering her for a response. The bill that we had almost went into delinquency so I paid it even though she never told us if we owed it. she still has our tax documents from the 2021 tax year and now tax season is over and it’s been incredibly hard to reach anyone and the Ogontz office that we went to is closed for the season now. My husband and I keep calling to speak to someone, we even went to the office multiple times and they keep saying they’ll get back us, yet NO ONE has communicated, we keep having to call THEM back. Even when Susan was doing our taxes, she never answered anything through the app that they now use either. Awful communication and I will tell everyone not to come here. Still no tax documents as of today 5/23/24 and if we don’t have them within the week WE ARE CALLING THE COPS. This is unacceptable and I’m starting to think that they lost our stuff.

I highly recommend Ms. Kathleen Boccutti for being so professional during our time to file our taxes. This is our first time to file it and she also gave us some advise as regards to filing it in the future. Thank you for all the help that you do.
